Management needs to staff this place better. Going on 30 minutes for a sandwich and a whole lot of people waiting. Made worse by the fact that I can’t drink a soda while waiting. Doesn’t help that inattentive management doesn’t bother to fix a blaring alarm in the lobby. Amateur hour.

It’s not even just this Panera. All Panera’s are horrible now and they’re so quick to give you a refund. How about you just get my order right so I can eat . I’m convinced that the only way Panera can be the bomb to you is if you don’t have any customizations because any change no matter how minute is gonna mess up your whole order. I’ve been done with them this order was actually somebody treating me. Somebody just needs to contact corporate. I don’t understand why it’s so hard for them. I DON’T eat meat or cheese and everytime I place an order it take no less than 3 times for them to get it right and they always just try to scrape off Feta cheese instead of totally doing my sandwich over. My significant other decided to treat himself with a gift card. He walked in the Panera and ordered 20 Oz caramel latte with 2 additional shots of espresso this morning. The order was incorrect the cup was 16 Oz and no additional shots. He still took the cup not wanting to make a fuss. He just return not even 10mins ago from a second trio. Clearly they can’t make the same mistake twice. Damn near you got the cup right but the latte wrong filling up the cup with mostly foam and still not putting the additional shots as asked. I guess they don’t know the difference latte and cappuccino. And to the young lady who decided to whisper under their breath “should have went to starbucks” from this morning. We will as we get better service and less attitude

I ordered a soufle from the display case. First I was told that the soufle is a breakfast item only, which is false as I have only ever ordered the soufle in the afternoon. Then, I was told it was because they’d lost power and have to throw them out. Just a small suggestion but maybe throw away the things you can’t sell instead of leaving them in the display case. Otherwise you’re keeping, displaying and essentially advertising inedible food (which kinda seems like a health violation? *ahem*). Also…if you have to throw out the soufles, how are you preparing an entire menu of refrigerated food? Make it make sense

DO NOT COME HERE. Expect a 30-minute wait for your food, with your order likely missing something or incorrect. If you try to avoid the wait by ordering in advance on the app, it actually takes LONGER somehow— upwards of 40 minutes during lunchtime. I’ve experienced this several times and I’m done. Never again going back to this location.

Ordered $40 worth of food at the drive thru. My receipt with my name and order was on the bag which was signed as checked and taping the bag closed. I got home and had the wrong food. 2 cups of soup and a bagel and cookie. Not the 2 sandwiches, soup and mac and cheese I ordered for my family dinner. I called the store and was put on hold for 15 minutes, finally I hung up. Called back and talked to a manager. She said she apologized. She said “Next time you come back, tell them Ms Williams said they can give you a bowl of soup on me!” So I didn’t have my dinner, im out $40, but i get the promise of a free bowl of soup?? I asked for a refund, to which she said, she could not. She claimed “panera system won’t let me give you a refund.” She kept telling me to come back to the store. So I didn’t get my dinner, and in order to get a refund, I have to be inconvenienced again instead of feeding my family?? Rediculous. I’ll be deleting the app and my account— I’ll go somewhere they don’t knowingly rip me off and waste my time.

Literally in the line as I type this! I have literally been in line for almost 15 minutes, and I only got a bagel and some cream cheese, by the time I got to the window my bagel was cold! They made me late for school because I had enough time to stop and get breakfast, but because they took so freaking long I was late for class! This Panera has got to be the slowest, most Unorganized and lacking great customer service along with time management. When I got to the window, I told the lady my order which I had already placed online. She asked me several times for the name! There needs to be a staff meeting, or some type of training because people cannot read or listen to basic instructions!

35 minutes waiting so far and my order isn’t complete. Two items had modifications and when they told me the order was ready, I pushed back. Whatever they tried to tell me was avocado toast was a sandwich with tomatoes and a sauce- no avocado across a large slice of bread to be found. It’s now been almost 40 minutes and they must be harvesting the avocado from out back.

As insult to injury – the Asiago cheese bagel had a dusting of cheese vs the usual coated crust.

Bad service, poor quality food, and a kitchen that’s beyond confused.

Was running very late last night and got there 10 minutes before closing. The excellent staff still made me my order and were very pleasant. As always, the brocoli cheddar soup, bread, and turkey sandwich were all delicious~
