Out of ham. Odd when you slogan literally says, “We have the meats!” Sat at the drive thru for 5 minutes with no response till I yelled “hello!” Proceeded to take my order 3 different times. Asked me to stop saying my order because she was helping another customer. Sitting in the drive thru typing this, fingers crossed food is good!

Arby’s feels so underappreciated at times,
Good food with a different veriety than allot of similar chains.
Their seasonal items are great, their menu staples are a welcome change from the norm of fast food.
Sometimes the prices are higher than I wish.
Especially for things like strawberry lemonade.
I wish more places had alternatives to soda like that, though.

I saw 2 people working. 2!! One was doing the orders and the other was cooking; a well oiled machine! The food was hot, fresh and delicious! The guy running the front counter was calm and very friendly! GREAT job fellas!

Usually we go through the drive up, but there was such a long line we decided to go in and get take-out. The young man at the register was so nice. He said he was new at working the till and had to ask for help entering something. He apologized but really didn’t need to. Every employee we saw was very nice.
I originally gave 5 stars for the food. I was so excited to get the Market Fresh chicken salad sandwich. Unfortunately, when we got home and started eating, my sister commented that the chicken tasted funny. The first thing I noticed was that the bread was dry. I ate half of the sandwich and found only one small apple piece. There might have been a small piece of grape,too. My sister and I love the Market Fresh chicken sandwich and usually get one every 2 weeks when I come to visit during the summer. I didn’t touch the other half of my sandwich this time. I used to get the potato cakes and the small “happy hour” chocolate shake,too. Those have both been discontinued. As good as the service was, the sandwiches didn’t live up to their usual excellence.
