Our family always orders our subs in advance and we come and pick them up. We called to place another order today and we’re told the only way we can order subs over the phone is if we have doordash picking it up. That’s okay. We’ll be getting our subs from the competition because they allow us to call in orders for pickup……. It’s convenient as we are always on the go with our kids.

One of their employees keeps harassing people in the parking lot. He yells “get a job” at people who are in their cars and work. Perhaps this guy should lose his job. Why any business would employ someone like this is absurd. Making sandwiches isn’t exactly a high horse for him to sit on either. Here is his truck

I went in for a sub around 2 pm today, and they seemed busy. A lady came over and took my order as fast as she could to get through the rush, which I totally understand. I’m in the service industry as well, so I know how it feels.

However, when I didn’t understand what she was asking because she said it so fast, instead of repeating it more clearly, she rushed me and literally said, “Just say yes or no,” while rolling her eyes. How can I say yes or no when I don’t even know what she’s asking? I heard something about “spear,” so I assumed she meant pickles and ended up saying yes out of frustration. Her snarky comment really embarrassed me, and it made me want to cancel my order and leave.

I just wanted to express that a small gesture of patience can make a big difference in someone’s day, both the employee’s and the customer’s. We all understand they’re busy and repeat the same lines every day, but customers like me, who don’t come to Firehouse Subs often, don’t always know exactly what they’re asking.

Food was great as usual. My wife and I had been craving firehouse all day and we finally got here and almost walked out because the floor is filthy right when you walk in the front door. As I watch employees and customers step over the garbage I couldn’t help but wonder why the manager thinks this is ok. Great food and service but please clean up.

Don’t bother ordering your food to go because they forget to pack it up. And don’t try to customize any of your sandwiches either because they’ll just ignore that you said you don’t want something on there. At this point, Subway looks appetizing.

Awful service! Ordered a to go order and showed up 10 mins before it was supposed to be ready and quickly asked an employee if I could get my drink while I waited for my online order. Then sat down and waited 30 minutes. No orders were placed on the to go rack or called out so I finally went up and asked what the status of my order was. It had been ready for 20 minutes!! Not one employee thought to communicate that to go orders don’t go on the rack anymore and are now kept behind the counter. The employee who ended up handing me my food even said “I was wondering why you were sitting there.” What a joke!

If I could leave zero stars for this location, I would. My family and I have visited this store four different times, and every single time my order has been made incorrectly. I always emphasize, “Please do not put onions and peppers on my sub.” Each time, staff acknowledge this request, and yet every time my sandwich is made with onions and peppers.

Today was the worst experience yet. Not only were onions and peppers added, but the sandwich was so loaded with them I could barely see any meat. After spending $40 on a family meal to enjoy at the beach, the last thing I should have to worry about is whether my order will be wrong again. Unfortunately, this mistake ruined our outing.

When I returned to the store to address the issue, the staff refused to remake my sandwich. That level of service is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. If a company is going to charge premium prices, customers should be able to expect basic accuracy and respect.

I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated. I hope you take this feedback seriously and address the lack of training and accountability at this location. No paying customer should have to deal with repeated mistakes and dismissive service.

Its decent calories for the price. Beware, if you call an order in, it’s 90% likely it’ll be wrong. Id complain but it doesn’t do any good. This has happened to us many times, sadly. Definetely recommend “eating in” here.

The three girls behind the counter invited a woman to bring her non service dog inside the store where they were petting the dog and then went right back behind the counter. My daughter is allergic to dogs and I really dislike when restaurants put their personal preferences above the health of others and even the law.

Girls preparing food are slower than snails. Instead of waiting on customers spend their time discussing the latest hotties. Didn’t acknowledge me for 10 minutes. Food is great. Customer service sucks
