My daughter has to eat gluten free so options are low of what we can eat at the food court in general, but she was super excited for the loaded fries! Unfortunately they use fake “bacon” bits and the cheese came from a can and tasted exactly like it. Paying $8 for food that is basically unable to be eaten in this economy is infuriating. My 14 year old daughter politely went to ask them to replace with just naked fries instead and they cut her off and said there was nothing they could do before she even finished speaking. I wish I had seen the reviews before hand. This place needs to go. Awful food and even worse customer service.

Cheesesteak was good, I got loaded fries and told them to put the ranch on the side and they charged me $1 to do that ok fine because it’s supposed to be homemade right? nah ranch is shitty and the loaded fries had dry fake bacon bits on top… Also cashier was kinda rude.

After ordering a grand escape. The sandwich was missing the peppers and mushrooms and cheese. When presented to the manager to fix sandwich, he was belligerent and said no, that you had to pay extra for that. When it clearly states on the menu that it comes on the sandwich that we paid for. This person is not a very good representative for this franchise.

Do not eat here! The guy that took my order was just a straight jerk. The food was subpar, and like many reviews, there was barely any meat. Honestly, I think they added more mayonnaise than they did meat. I was shocked that they charged me $8 for a large fry. The attendant was immediately defensive, clearly, I was not the first one to think so. I have eaten here since at least 1997. But today was most likely my last. Whatever has changed is not for the better, how the franchise portions their food, charges for their food, or new ownership at the Crabtree location.

This photo shows what $14 bought. There was VERY little meat on the sandwich and the fries were soaked in grease. Steak Escape at Crabtree used to have excellentl food. The people working were not very nice either. Go elsewhere!

Overall .9 / 10
This is THE worst steak and cheese that could ever be served.
Ordered a blazzin BBQ and it tasted nothing like BBQ. The sauce looked like mustard / cheddar cheese and tasted aweful. This went straight to the trash.

This place was awful. Got the ragin Cajun and the Philly whiz with loaded cheese fries that had dried bacon on it…that you’d put on a salad…it was disgusting. For $40, I’d expect at least a decent meal. It was not. Extremely disappointing. Should have looked at the reviews before ordering anything.

There is no way on this green earth that you put fake bacon bits all over my fiancé’s loaded fries (The picture on the menu shows actual bacon). A restraunt putting fake bacon bits on anything is pretty wild.

If I could give zero stars, consider it done. If you’re wondering why there’s no line there’s a reason stay away you’re better off eating the gum you find on the floor. $59 for three people and one of the sandwiches were made wrong and when we confronted them, they wanted to be combative and argue. these sandwiches were rancid I hope this person didn’t quit their day job to start this company. If I went outside and offered this to a homeless person they would reject and decide to be hungry. And you think you can play it safe for their specialty items no you can’t. They cannot even make a basic Philly cheesesteak. I’ve eaten better, Philly cheesesteaks form a golf course than this place.

Overall the food was good. However, I paid $17 for a large sub and there is basically nothing on it. I order sub regular from Penn Station, Jersey Mike, Subway, and have never had a sub that only looks like bread from afar. This is not worth money. I wish I had checked reviews before purchasing. SAVE YOUR MONEY!
