Went for the first time today. Fries dumped on top of the burger in the bag. A complete mess that you have to dig through. The burger patty is passable quality but the bun, cheese and fries are not. The tomato was unripe and flavorless. Not sure why anyone would eat this.

In their 40 th anniversary 5 guys had buy 1get one free. Employees stated “Everyone else got the deal but we are not going to do it for you because we we are going to run out of food We will sale it to you full price but you can’t have the deal”. So much for their national promotion. We will never be back.

Lunch was as expected! The burgers here are very good and the fries are as well, cooked perfectly every time I’ve came here, what are you waiting for? Want that juicy burger fix? Come here , some say their hotdogs are very good too. Bathrooms also were very clean as the whole establishment was!! Great job guys!

As expected great food. Always cooked fresh to order so the food is always hot and fresh. Love all the options for adding to your hamburger or cheeseburger. We usually get a little hamburger to save room for the french fries. We always demolish the french fries, they are always hot and super good. They have great options for milkshakes so if you are in the mood grab one of those too.

When the restroom is cleaner than the dining room something is wrong. We have eaten at several of the Five Guys restaurants and never had an issue but this one totally different. The dining room was nasty and the employees where not busy. One table in the dining room at a peak time of the day. These places are usually packed. Don’t know if there was a manager around. If he or she was there they needed to have addressed the issue. Probably will not go back to that one again. The picture is of ketchup in the floor. The drink machines where nasty also

Manager mislead me recently trying to make an order. I was there 20 minutes before they closed on a Saturday night, the manager Hayden said they were “out “ of hamburgers and French fries? I’ve been to 5 Guys hundreds of times, I’ve always known them to be very professional but not on this visit. He gave me a phone number of a supervisor to file a complaint, which I did, they promised to follow up by my email. That was almost a week ago and have not heard a peep out of them? Drove 45 minutes back and forth in a heavy rainstorm, feel like they should do more than just another hamburger. Robert Findlay ps I did not spend any money because Hayden wouldn’t take the order even though he had the food, it was just too much trouble because it was too close to their closing time.

The veggie sandwich has grilled onions, mushrooms, bell peppers, lettuce and tomato. They give large fry portions. Free peanuts to eat while people wait on their food. They have the coke machines with the touch screens with so many options.
