I recommend y’all check this place out! Our server was Betty! Her service was 10/10. The food and drinks were great! You can tell they really care about the presentation of their food and cocktails! As someone who works in the restaurant industry you can tell the workers like what they do! Will definitely come back. I didn’t take any pictures of our food but I did of a few drinks we had. I ordered the “Sangron” and Espresso martini for dessert they were both great! Their margaritas were also very tasty. Overall we really enjoyed our time there.

We were excited to try this place that has taken over the world of beer spot in Dublin. They have been soft open for about a week or so and we got in there today for lunch. We had a great experience. The food was super flavorful and beautifully presented. Also love the mescal cocktails. Bartender and manager were very friendly and had great recommendations.
The prime rib appetizer was expensive but worth it. The flavor was intense.

The place and servers were nice, but the food was super average. The server warned about the tamal plate being really hot, but didn’t mention that the oyster plate and oyster shells were crazy hot too and I burned my fingers on both… But yea, maybe this place is better for drinks which we didn’t try.

The ceviche was incredible! The scallops were sweet and tender. The fish was fresh and the ceviche was seasoned perfectly. We will definitely be back here soon! There was no wait when we arrived on a Friday evening. The service was quick and the waiter was great!

Tequila Bar & Grill definitely leans into the bougie side of dining — think upscale vibes with a Mexican-American fusion twist. It’s not your traditional taqueria, but rather a modern take with a broad menu, especially strong in seafood options.
I started with the ostión natural oysters. They were massive — fresh and chilled, but I’m personally more of a fan of the smaller oysters you can shoot quickly without needing to chew so much. These were a little too hefty for my taste, but oyster lovers who like the big ones will probably enjoy them.
Next up was a taco flight. The fish taco had a great balance of flavor — nicely seasoned and well put together. The shrimp taco came loaded, and while that made it a bit of a mess (taco explosion incoming), it was still tasty and satisfying. The final taco was the al pastor with a flicker of sweetness upfront, but it was balanced beautifully by the char on the meat. It wasn’t cooked on a trompo (spit), so you don’t get that full traditional experience, but it still held its own as a solid, flavorful taco.
Now, the real MVP here? The margaritas. The spicy pineapple margarita was a knockout — just the right mix of sweet, heat, and tang. Honestly, I’d come back just for another round of that alone.
Overall, Tequila Bar & Grill offers more of a high-end fusion experience than a traditional Mexican spot, but if you’re in the mood for variety, seafood, and standout drinks, it’s worth checking out.

We loved eating & drinks at the brand new Tequila Bar & Grill in Dublin (which just opened this week—Jan 2925). It’s great seeing another strong anchor restaurant/bar, and this place has an extensive drink & tequila menu, and doesn’t play around with creating excellent dishes too. The spicy pineapple margarita was great!

We had a reservation this afternoon at 3pm for 10 people, and when we arrived, the waitress who was also covering front of house seemed surprised, and our table was not ready. Even once our entire party arrived, we had to wait an additional 10 minutes, only to be sat way in the corner by the kitchen (and next to a private room, which would have been much nicer for a party our size). Service was extremely slow; we were missing 2 silverware rolls that we ended up getting ourselves from another table, our water never was refilled, they forgot 2 margaritas and then when they finally brought the second it had salt which he’d asked for it to be without, the 3 people who ordered the fajitas had to share one roll of tortillas because they claimed they were making more and by the time those came out 15 minutes later, the remaining fajitas were cold, we had to flag people down multiple times….and yet they still automatically applied a 20% tip to our $$$$ bill. The food was good, but not outstanding, but it was hard to really enjoy the meal when everything else felt so sub-par. I already know I’ll get some generic reply to this message, but note to potential patrons; there seems to be some serious inconsistencies with service here. I doubt we’ll be back. Too bad.
