First time ordering from Jets, and I did so via UberEats so I can only rate the Pizza but the service was quick so I give them 5 stars for prepping the order quickly. The deep dish beef and bacon Pizza was ordered well done and it was spot on the way I like. There was ample bacon and beef. The edges were perfectly crispy as I was hoping. Will be ordering again.

Their NY Style is just hand tossed. I’ve ordered it multiple times. Calling it NY style should be false advertising. It’s delicious, just not NY Style. It’s thick like hand tossed.

I looked at my pizza when i picked it up and it looked burnt. When i got home it was awful… too hard to chew. It appeared burnt to me so i am curious why it was still boxed up to be given to a customer. Very disappointed with the appearance and taste. It would have been good if i was able to chew the toppings and crust.

I really enjoyed the pizza. You have to eat it hot, as the magic wanes the longer it takes to get it to the table. The $6 lunch special is a crazy, good value. There isn’t really a service aspect because the guy at the counter hands you your food. There is nothing to say about atmosphere because it’s a very simple setup. All I can tell you though is that it will be a memorable 15 to 20 minutes between ordering and realizing that you’re full on six bucks.

I went with family for the first time, and it was pretty good! Flavors were simple, but in a tasty way, wings were good as well (could have been baked a little longer for my taste but I’m sure they can if you ask) I got the smallest size with 3 toppings and some hot wings. I see a lot of negative reviews on customer service, but the young lady who helped us was very nice and helpful with our questions.

This is hands down my favorite pizza spot since Cooley closed. The service here is horrible. They don’t even acknowledge you. They make you wait. While waiting, you see your order seating in the warmer. You want this pizza to be hot, fresh out the oven. They need to pay the staff more. The pizza is great though. Do yourself a favor and get the 8 corners vs 12. The 8 corner pizza is very filling. Again…Horrible service, great pizza, so its 4 stars for me. It is expensive though and the staff should do better. Without customers the employer can’t employ. Customers service is everything. We need more of it these days. The customer service needs improvement.

I picked up my pizza after ordering online and included a tip for the staff which I thought. A staff member told me that they don’t get the online tips and that the owner donates it to charity. I felt so horrible for the employees and left an additional cash tip. If the owner chooses to do that, I completely understand but please let the customer know that.

I ordered from here several times. The first time they didn’t put the correct sauce. The second time my cheese sticks were undercooked I couldn’t even eat them. Third time I ordered a chicken bacon ranch and pizza sauce and they did not put the correct sauce on my pizza once again. Every time I order here is something goes wrong if it’s not that the food tastes weird

Whenever I come here I have an issue with my order!!! Ask for wings well done and they are soggy, sometimes saucy sometimes they are dry.. no one greets u at alllllll, terrible customer service consistently!! I’m irritated by this and will never patronize AGAIN!! Today I walked in around 10:20 pm and white boy and black girl literally stared at me like I was an alien and didn’t say anything. Like I was committing a crime. THEY CLEARLY HATE THEIR JOB AND I WALKED OUT HATING JETS
