Normally I don’t review chains but saw arbys had a “brisket” sandwich and I had to try..definitely wasn’t a fan tasted like liquid smoke which I was surprised seeing I was eating at Arby’s not a gas station needless to say I tried and will probably never get again

Every time I go there and I get the turkey and Swiss sandwich the meat is piled on it like in one area only and they normally cut it in a half for you but the last couple times I’ve gotten that sandwich it has not been cut

Nice decor. Good food.
But that faucet in the men’s room! When you move your hands to get under the water flow it shuts off. Can only rinse one hand at a time. Annoying maneuvers.
And the spray power is ridiculous! Most of the high speed water bounces off the hands and got all over my shirt, my shoes, and the floor. Need a regular volume flow faucet not the tiny jet stream holes type.

So a friend who knows my love of spicy ordered the Diablo roast beef meal for me ,they wanted to “see me sweat” !. Sadly no sweat , it was a great sandwich , generous amount of roast beef compared to our last experience , ample cheese fresh lettuce , onion roll with sweet ,tangy mildly spicy orange sauce . All total combined it made a fantastic sandwich experience with it hitting almost all of the traditional notes of our senses . Unfortunately she didn’t tell me she ordered out until it was almost here , because I enjoyed the sandwich so much , I would have told her get two . If Arby’s kept a sandwich like the Diablo on the menu , I would eat there more often ( true confession I’m a potato latke[cake] lover ), when Arby’s discontinued them , they don’t have a hook that drives my revenue by offering something I can’t get elsewhere , so I went from a weekly customer to haven’t been there in more than a year “We have the meats” is fine but you don’t got the potatoes . From past experience I can say the location is wheelchair accesible is generally clean and sanitary has indoor as well as outdoor dining (I don’t recommend that option in this weather ) I would definitely eat another Diablo without a second thought .she ordered me a peach lemonade and curly fries to go with the sandwich .

Usually I have no issues here
Today I stopped by and someone in the parking lot next door at McDonald’s was honking their horn while we waited in the drive thru line.
Then when we got to the speaker the guy accused us of honking our horn at the people in front of us and said he wanted “the same respect for all guests”
Respecting your guests would be NOT accusing them of anything, especially when they didn’t do it and the honking was clearly coming from an entire different parking lot.
Whoever was working at 1020 pm tonight needs some customer service training cause that was NOT it.
I didn’t get food and probably won’t be back to this location. Your employees attitude makes a huge difference.

My daughter purchased a beef & cheddar meal with curly fries. She asked for an upgrade to milkshake, but we were told the ice cream machine was down. Customer service was great, her food was good and the place was very clean.

Placed an online order for lunch with a pickup time of 12:10. I arrived at 12:08. My order came out at 12:15 and sat while other customers who came in after me were served. I continued to wait until 12:23 to get my order. When I said I had been waiting a while the manage got passive aggressive with me and only half filled my large fry. Never going to this location again.
