This place is operated by children. Double check all your orders before leaving. Here is my order and here is what I received. This has happened more than once at this location. The kids running this place don’t care.

UPDATE: IT TOOK UNTIL 1:30 TO RECEIVE MY ORDER THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE READY AT 12:54PM AND MY ORDER WAS INCORRECT DUE TO MISSING ITEMS. I had to stick with this too because my lunch was already over at 1:30 and I did not have ANOTHER 36 minutes to have to wait for it to be corrected. The way this restaurant was managed today is high unacceptable and I advise NOT to go here.
This is my second time ordering pickup from this location where it has been incredibly slow. I should not have to wait long enough to where I can type up this entire review about several poor experiences I have had with their pickup services. I’ve never had a problem with the chipotle across the street.

now not to be a karen but moes on 12th street not the same anymore- i been loyal to that restaurant for years now owner lady n son always been kind to me knew my order type beat & i go to get some today cus ya girl got cramps & its been a hot minute.
i order on doordash waiting 25 min (mind u delivery address today jus down the street never waited like that in my life) n dasher messages me like ‘yeah ur order isnt here’ i say ‘uh wdym its not there’ hes like ‘yeah they didnt make it yet it didnt go thru’
i screenshot the damn reciept n say ‘show them ur phone of this & ask them to remake’ cus that is CRAZY work. a burrito and queso like? he does n they do i get my food in 5 minutes, s/o the manager son for being the one to remake my food even if it was small as hell .
last time i made a mobile pick up order months ago n they put it w the doordash pick up instead of the normal pick up spot also so like ??

I always loved eating here, and staff are very friendly, unfortunately the food quality control has gone downhill recently. I never liked being forced to use their app to get moe Monday but put up with it until they took the deal away in 2024. The double points you are supposed to receive rarely get added at the register and good luck scanning the receipt, it will be invalid and you will not get rewards, bait and switch scam. Even still I ordered five bowls and bowl of queso this last labor day for a family lunch, three homewreckers were wrecked with jalapeños, not what I ordered as these were the the kids orders mind you. All five were lacking flavor, no salt?? Maybe it was the holiday staff not sure but I contacted Moes and they sent me a One free burrito code, to make up for the 67 dollar mistake….. code could not be entered into the app lol. Invalid. Chipotle across the street is a bit spicy for my taste but the aggravation this company is producing is compelling me to go elsewhere.

After nearly two hours of trying to rectify a failed Uber Eats order — with no help from Uber — I decided to go right to the source. Moe’s was willing to remake my order fresh after my original one had sat out. I am beyond grateful for your kindness and my delicious lunch. Thanks for making a not-so-great experience worth it in the end.
