Went to this location, which is located within Twin City Family Fun Center, to pick up a pizza from an order we placed online using the Central Vermont Pizza Card, sold by Star 92.9, 95 triple X when we were told, they were not honoring the card because we didn’t order by phone.
The 12 year old picking up the pizza presented the case that the card specifically was for Eat-in or Take-out, which this was take-out, and asked how they planned to make this right. The employee argued that there was nothing they could do and dismissed the issue, turning over the pizza as ordered. A call to the business got me the same response from Blake even after explaining there was nothing in the rules on the card that stated the order had to be called in. After a 5 min phone call, over something that shouldn’t have been a phone call at all, I was told a manager, who I was told I was originally talking with, would call me when they had time. To date I have not gotten a call back. The card allows for one free large cheese pizza, Eat-in or Take-out, tax, gratuity and extra toppings not included, what we got was a full bill
To add to all this, when the order was placed, we added to the notes that we planned to pick it up over an hour later so that the business would know not to make it instantly, and allowed them to better plan their night. We followed up with a phone call, which turned into multiple calls to get someone to answer, to make sure they saw the note to avoid a bad experience. The employees said they had already started making the pizza but, would make a fresh one to which we asked “so when we pick it up at 5:30 it will be fresh?” to which we were assured it would be. What we got was a cold pizza, fries and onion rings and a note on the receipt that read “Due Now/ASAP” which was above our note that we planned to pick it up at 5:30. Clearly a new pizza was not made, and if it was, they should for sure check the temperature of their stoves.
Not only does this place serve sub-par food, but has added their own unpublished stipulations to a pizza card they agreed to be apart of. This was our first and last trip to this place, and for sure hope they bring back K’s Corner which was a legit place eat.

We ordered chicken tenders fries, nachos and wings. The tenders were super dry and definitely freezer burnt. The wings were pretty good, but the nachos came completely crushed. We had to ask for a side of chips to accompany what little cheese and toppings were there. This is not the first time we have gotten horrible quality food but this was the last straw. I get this isn’t top of the line food but decent quality should be the bare minimum expectation.

CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE LEAVING WITH TAKEOUT!!
Ever since the new owners took over Takeout has been a mess! The food is either missing something or just wrong all together! Idk if people have a had time reading the slips, or there aren’t designated cooking and prep stations! I’m guessing people are just running around trying to make 20 meals at once! But it’s been over a year now! You’d think they would have created a better system or hired a more experienced kitchen, staff or some type of organization set in place!

We were pleasantly surprised by their breakfast brunch!! we got there around 10, and the food was perfect!! so fresh and it all tasted wonderful!! Service was excellent and speedy! The atmosphere is fine, not a ton of seating for larger parties, but they are limited space with the bowling alley being there too. So totally get that. A great variety of foods, breakfast items, some more lunch based type stuff. But not so much food that it was overwhelming! just the right amount. Highly suggest if you’re looking for a breakfast place.

I ordered garlic bread with cheese which they have changed how they do it now and so not happy with it. Seems like a cheap way of doing it now slicing a bread loaf and put cheese in compared to individual bread slices with cheese on top before. Definitely won’t waste my money again

Best pizza in central Vermont! Nice amount of toppings and flavors are great and tasty with every bite! There is a lot to do to entertain children and adults alike. A nice selection of food for all ages. The fried pickles and loaded nachos are delicious.

Ordered take out, 1 large pepporoni pizza and onion rings. I really enjoyed the pizza and the onion rings were amazing. Great portion with the Orings, it was sweet to have enough to share with the spouse. Only took 20 minutes from when I called.

Friendly, helpful, and flexible! I’ve used Zachary’s for parties, weekly pizza dates for kids, and even work lunches, and they have been great. Everyone’s eyes light up when they hear the pizza is coming from Zachary’s!
