They forgot an entire quarter pound burger and all the sides of sauce we ordered. As well as not adding extra pickle on 4 of the sandwiches we requested it on. Not sure where the problem falls. It’s printed out on a receipt and screen for you to handle.

Overall, I had a great experience! The service was great and the food was awesome! Drive-thru was a tad-bit slow. It would be super great if they were open till midnight. I recommend this place for Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner.

So the fast phew times I’ve been here, I specifically ask for no cheese on my big Mac, not a hard thing to do right? Apparently wrong! They have been putting cheese on my big Mac and it causes my stomach to be in pain for hours. So honestly it’s terrible service.

Paid nearly $9 for a 20-piece of chicken nuggets. Only was given 3 sauces for a 20 piece. McDonald’s is so cheap that even those sauces were only half full. These nuggets have been sitting for at least an hour. They are hard and dry. It’s hard to support this chain when they can’t even serve fresh processed food, with enough sauce to wash down the old dry nuggets.

We moved here from Oregon in May, and I have to say that the McDonalds Beef here in Libby, is the best I’ve tasted. It’s SO MUCH BETTER than the beef we had in Oregon. Everyone working the drive thru is super nice, professional, and gets you your order quickly. Great job!

The food was edible, but what surprised me was that we didn’t save any money eating the “cheap” food. Still spent over$20 for two people.

We ordered and paid on the app. We went through the drive through and when we got home a bacon double quarter pounder deluxe was missing. We drove all the way back showed them the receipt had to wait a bit. Again getting home it was a regular cheese quarter pounder. Two trips to town and its was still wrong.

What a joke, we drive 15 miles to go here and they have 4 cars in the drive through, at 9:55 they tell the last 2 cars they can’t take anymore orders because they won’t be able to make the food before closing.

With their pay raise, why can’t they ever get an order right. Left bacon off a bacon cheese burger and put cheese on fish sandwich when it was ordered with just mayo and tomato. We need something new. If you complain they didn’t get an order correct, they get defensive and argue with. With the rising prices, we need better service or they need to close down. It happens all the time, really getting tiresome!!!!!!!!
