This location SUCKS all. From the food quality and people that work there!!!! There’s a reason the parking lot is always empty and now I know why. Don’t bother contacting support all they do is we will pass it along to management.

not sure if it’s the closing supervisor but it’s white scrawny chick. not sure what her issue is if she hates her life or what but I’m always met with hostility or attitude when I come to buy food even though I have not said a single rude thing to this person, so much so she even gets her little friends to throw me attitude too didn’t even bother to close the lid on my large soda I ordered so I spilled it accidentally.

The only thing that matters is that they catered to my four-legged fur baby. She got her four piece chicken nugget and I got my bacon cheeseburger we was happy. There was also a little Orange cat in the parking lot, it suckered me and giving it half by bacon cheeseburger.

This Burger King rarely has hot crispy fries, doesn’t get orders right often. Been here a decent amount of times, and the past 5 times they didn’t give me what I ordered. They are understaffed and don’t care.
So in short go to a different burger king or stop at the gas station and at least you will get what you payed for.

I went to this burger King and ordered a sandwich only to get raw meat that I didn’t realize was raw till I was almost done. I contacted the manager to explain everything to him and he dismissed my concerns. I told him that I would contact corporate to tell them what was going on and he told me you do that. I respect the heck out of people who work in food service but this is completely unacceptable. This particular place doesn’t care about people. If I get sick it is what it is but what if someone who can’t deal with getting sick from eating uncooked food eats this. Burger King I love your Whopper but this particular manager needs to get talked to. Unfortunately I didn’t get his name but he is extremely rude and gives Burger King a bad name.

Ordered three burgers.. One of them was completely raw. I couldn’t even eat it. I cant return it because I ordered it on the way home, I live 40 minutes away from Fort Meade. This is absolutely disgusting. Please teach your chefs how to cook properly… Even the bun had red juice also mr like blood.

Horrible. I will be doing the survey. Do not go here. The 2 older ladies behind the counter are RUDE, they don’t like to answer questions and they argue with you. Also they put someone that has only been there one day on the register and she got my order all wrong. Don’t bother calling to ask a question either because no matter what time it is they will say its a lunch rush and hang up on you. My experience today, I will not come back to this one. It sucks.
