Haven’t been inside since the remodel yet I appreciate how swift they are! If you don’t mind parking your car to order on a screen, this is the best alternative over the drive through, even with its double lane!
Ordered the crispy chicken sandwich, a large fry, and an 8 piece nugget. Expected the same outcome from the food which I’ve always enjoyed! Staff was nice when I interacted with them and the service was more than smooth! Great job Wooster BK Team!

That just remodeled it. Was really nice & the girl offered to help me order off the kiosk screens or at the register. She gave ZERO attitude helping an elderly person order from the counter. Good job kid. Food was as expected. Really liked they had giant menus nxt to ordering kiosk.

The employee with red hair working during my visit 12/9/25 at roughly 11:30 displayed shockingly unprofessional behavior. She became visibly irritated with me and my friends simply for ordering food, which is the entire purpose of a fast-food restaurant. Her reaction escalated to the point where she actually threw ketchup packets at me, which is completely unacceptable and honestly unbelievable for any establishment that claims to value its customers. The hostility and disrespect we experienced were far beyond anything I would expect in a place like this. Because of this incident, I will absolutely not be returning to this location.

At the end of October, my family made the quick decision to get Burger King because we hadn’t eaten there in a while. Wrong decision. I looked past getting sick from my shake, but was really irritated because I had to go to another fast food place to grab chicken nuggets for the little kids because this location gave them jalapeño bites, which they can’t eat, instead of nuggets. Was afraid to take them back in because we were already given attitude for paying in cash at the drive thru. Contacted customer service via email and they forwarded my email to the store manager and still have heard nothing back. They seem to always screw up my order in the past 2 years. Highly do not recommend.

My husband and I stopped at this Burger King today. The food was awful, service was awful, and the wait was at least 30 minutes. We asked for large combo meals and we were told they didn’t have large cups so they could only give us a medium drink. We asked for onion ring sauce for the cold onion rings in our bag. We were met with attitude and were given only 2 sauces for the 2 large onion rings in the bag. The burgers were cold also. For the time we waited, one would think something in this bag would be hot. For the time that was wasted in line and the money that was paid I would expect so much more from a place that says “you rule”.
