Good food great service and priced right! Hibachi chicken and veggies were tasty. Cheese wontons and clear soup were both tasty! Really loved the boro sushi roll—-yummola! **Update** My second visit was even better! The food was delish! It was my friend’s 1st time and he was very impressed. We both had a boro roll and split the summer roll. I recommend them both! Also the BEST spring rolls ever!

Horrible dining experience! The woman at the register was yelling at the staff when we first got there. It took forever for the waitress to take our order. She brought out our soup and salad without any silverware. When I asked for silverware and napkins, she brought back ONE paper napkin. I guess she thought we could share it. Then, the lady started yelling at staff again. It was very uncomfortable. Our food was cold and not good. After a few bites, the waitress came back and asked if she could have the soy sauce off the table. I told her I was still using it. My husband asked her why she needed it and she said the hibachi staff can’t mop until she fills up all the bottles and they stare at her until she is finished. My husband said it wasn’t really our problem, we’d like to finish our meal before she took away our condiments… and she got in a full on argument with him!! I couldn’t even eat at this point! Keep in mind, it wasn’t even closing time and there were still other customers there. Just a terrible place!!

Our visit tonight was off.. I have noticed when busy the quality of service goes down here. This place has always been a favorite of mine.. but the quality has gone down for me. The sushi is the best part about the restaurant.

I am completely unsatisfied. I went with a group of about 15 people and we waited for about two hours to just get a table. After finally getting a table I’m not sure if it was the waiter or the chef but some of the people on my party never received their food and even with this the owner still wanted to charge them for the food they did not receive. Even though we love their food the service was one of the worst and we won’t be coming back

Well we decided to give it a try again because it can’t be perfect everytime. The food deserved a 0 got filet, shrimp & chicken everything over cooked with no seasoning rice was burnt yet not cooked done it was still hard/crunchy!! And you have 6 adults & 2 children at the table & you only get about a quarter of a cup well really nine because it wasn’t cooked done. The veggies which are my favorite part had maybe 2 pieces of zucchini the rest was loaded down with hard broccoli that you couldn’t eat. Again if you could have ate it dont worry you wouldn’t have any left overs like you do at other japanese restaurants. I can tell you if you want to best that blows this place & Myabis out the water drive to Jacksonville to Wasabi’s never disappoints & so much food for the same price of what we paid @ shogun lastnight of $67.00 but we will not be returning to Shogun we have been here twice & tried the one in Richmondhill & its the same just Nasty & poor quality food for the money your paying!!

Tonight was my last night of going to this restaurant. I guess it’s like everywhere else , the price is ridiculous for what you get. The owners need to visit Miyabi in Savannah. Rice is cheap give your costumers a reason to come back. Keep in mind people don’t mind paying for what they get, just give them enough that when they leave they don’t have to go to another restaurant to get full.

Okay to start off the service was horrible was not greeted it’s took me to walk back in my second time to get service it was actually will be my first and last time eating here I order the beef negimaki and found a whole piece of plastic in the BEEF NEGIMAKI ROLLED UP IN THE MIDDLE I AM DISGUSTED
