They are rude here at this store. The cashier always has an attitude. Is very rude. When wanting to order. Or they are always closed. Or always do not have help. Many like and love there wings especially me. But it seems they only want to hook up their homies. Many times when we do come and they are open the only want to serve their homies. Outsiders that are customers can can not purchase any. Or they make difficult to order. When they first started they were great.but now They are rude and try to find away not to make your wings. Or the cook is always missing. I hate to say this. I hate to report this. But also when I try to call they also do not want to answer their phone. But they will say they were busy helping another customer. When they never answer. They lost my interest. I have to other ones outside of Lubbock and you get treated a whole lot better. It’s sad here.

I worked for fast food and shit before so I know what old fries look like…these seem like they neen sitting out over night and put in the oil!!! And thr meat isn’t really cooked fully through…come on now get better at this.

My husband picked up dinner after work to bring home for us. The corn was totally burnt and not edible. I called the store and they wanted us to drive 30 mins back with all the food in the order to do anything about it. I asked for the corporate number and they said I could find it online. Horrible customer service and totally not worth the $50 we spent there.

Ordered via the app and glad I did, they were not taking walk-in customers due to them being too busy with online and app orders. I received my order roughly 15 mins later than the app stated it was ready. All that wasn’t the problem. Employees were great and knowledgeable so that wasn’t the problem. No, the problem at this location is the food itself. The wings were super dry and you had to use some sauce or you couldn’t get it down. The fries were limp and gross (for a lack of a better word). The carrots were snappy at least. Building looked cleaned but the ceiling and items on the wall were freaky dusty. Overall, we will avoid this train wreck of a location.

Six of us doordashers waiting for orders mistakes going left and right people don’t have the right sodas there are no strips I’ve waited 30 minutes for a french fry that was already ready half an hour ago but the worker did not know what she was looking at. January 12th 10:30 at night. The front cashier lady needs to be replaced badly.

I ordered online was told when I got there that they were still working on my order so I waited once they called my name they repeated my order to me and gave me my food….I live in lorenzo once I got home my order was wrong I called to let them know what happened and was told that they couldn’t do anything without all the food and receipt I offered to send pictures or do what they needed to prove my wrong ordered and they dismissed me won’t be going again

The nastiest wing stop in history . From the watery bleu cheese to the fries as big the plate! The wings were gooey and disgusting ! My husband order bone-in wings and received boneless because of a shortage!! The shift lead “ JULIA BECKER “ told us she couldn’t give a refund without bringing the nasty food back mind you it’s storming raining and lightening outside we had to rush back inside! If I could give less than a star I totally would. We didn’t get boneless wings like we ordered and the wings we did get were COVERED IN FEATHERS like what in the world??? And not just one or two feathers, like “did you just kill the chicken in the back and deep fry the whole thing” amount of feathers.
