Working out of town and stopped in for dinner and so glad I did. One of the best Burritos I have ever eat … or half… Im stuffed and ready for a nap now lol If you love Big Portions and Authentic Flavors this is the spot.

Where do I start? I called a to go order for a VERY simple order of steak fajita nachos and a small SPICY cheese dip. I also asked for two red salsa. When on the phone I asked twice what the price would be and was told $18. When I got to the restaurant the lady told me the order now was $21. They said they add a 10% fee for togo orders on top of the tax. Then, when I got home, I only had one red salsa when I paid for two…the cheese dip was not spicy at all and was just plain cheese dip. And the steak nachos had hardly any cheese on them or steak so I had to add the cheese dip on the side to them because they had hardly any at the bottom. The order was totally wrong or messed up at every level and every item… I asked twice and was told twice over the phone it would be only $18 and change but was hit with an extra 10% charge when I got to the store. And the food was lacking in proportions for the price. Go to los mexicanos people. Its cheaper and you get more food also without being trapped with a 10% upcharge when pulling up. So thank goodness I had extra cash on me because I was told and asked twice over the phone what it would cost. At least get the dang order correct if ya gonna charge me extra which is probably bs and just a way to make sure they get a tip on top of it.

Me and friends dined here the other night and we’re all very disappointed, I’ve had some bad experiences at restaurants but this was the worst of the worst, from the start the waitress was the rudest person couldn’t even introduce herself she automatically snapped at us asking for our drinks than a different waiter came to take our order and he was also very rude and had a horrible attitude when my husband asked what all came on the plate. When we got our food they slammed our plates on the table so hard I thought they were gonna break, after we got our food no one came to check on us half way and the food was not good at all. Overall very horrible experience and definitely not the type of people you would want working trying to run a successful business.

I had an excellent experience. I have dietary restrictions and knew what I wanted but didn’t know how to get it out of the menu. Trey was incredibly helpful and very accommodating. I practically licked my plate clean because it was everything that I wanted with nothing that I didn’t the perfect amount of flavor spice and creaminess. All served in a very short period of time so that I could get back to work. If I could give them 10 stars they would have it.

The food was OK. I got a steak chimichanga, it was good. The Chile relleno, is not a real chili relleno in my opinion. There is a tiny sliver of a chili, with meat and cheese on top of it on a plate. It also tasted like it was old. The taco salad, beans and rice, and the salsa was good. My husband got the dinner, combo, special, and that was also very bland. The tostada doesn’t have any meat on it. The service was OK. Unfortunately, the guy was really overwhelmed because he had multiple tables by himself. We ordered an appetizer and when we asked about it, he said he was going to bring it out with our meal. We also had to ask three times for lemon for the water. I think it was the owner that checked us out in the front, he was super nice and helpful.

Service was average, nothing above and beyond… Atmosphere was blah and boring and nothing set it apart, just an average Americanized Mexican joint. The food definitely is lack-luster and very bland, presentation as well. Definitely felt like enchilada day at school or the state penetentery. Not being a “Karen” but this place is less than impressive! Actually much below average for an Americanized Mexican joint.

Extremely overpriced and not friendly. I payed over $47 for some plain chicken (pictured). If you want good Mexican food around here, go to Don Bigotes (best overall) or El Burrito (best authentic).

It’s the best whole fish ever, crispy outside and juice inside – just add lemon or lime, on the side you can choose rice or beans , it’s going with some salad and veggies. That’s a big amount for one person, it’s gonna be enough to feel happy at the end . We often visit this place just for fish !!! I love fish !!!

I know, why only 4 stars? Because this is not the absolutely most fabulous Mexican Restaurant I can conceive. That said, this is where I and my family go for Mexican food. It has never let us down. Good food, friendly people, nice atmosphere, reasonable prices. Could it be better? Sure, nothing is perfect. IMHO they don’t need to change a thing. This is a great place to eat!

What a shame. I ordered the two burrito plate and that’s exactly what i got….2 skinny scrawny burritos. No beans…no rice…no lettuce. I got a small bag of chips and a small cup of cheese (large for them) and this was almost $38. What a rip off! Don’t waste your time or money. Never going back. Go to papas and beer on 9 by QT. So much better.
