I actually go out of my way to stop at this Dunkin bc it’s the only one in the area that is consistent! I only get “latte w/ almond milk” no flavor/sweetner; you would think it’s rocket science but others seem to get it wrong. I order head most days and it’s always ready when I arrive! They haven’t messed up yet on a drink! The guys are always super friendly and joyful when I go in! It seems the management here has done a fine job training which is rare! The atmosphere is quiet if you’re going in! The drive thru can be a bit long so prepare for that, but they do seem to get the line moving pretty quickly. Food has always been hot when I order as well. Always enjoy stopping by to grab morning coffee! Recommend!

I have been coming to this location for years. I ask for 2 pumps of flavor in my medium iced coffee every time. Lately I have been getting undrinkable coffee due to the amount of sugar. This morning I watched the employee fill my cup up a quarter of the way with flavor. When I asked him about it, he lied right to my face and said it was only 2 pumps. Hot food is always cold. I won’t be coming here anymore. Quality has become non existent within the last year.

Absolutely terrible experience. I’ve been coming to this location for years, which makes this even more disappointing. The customer service was some of the worst I’ve ever dealt with. The woman in the blue shirt, who appeared to be the manager, was incredibly rude and dismissive instead of trying to help. On top of that, a tall employee in a grey shirt was openly cursing, which is completely unprofessional, especially in front of customers.
This place used to be great. The previous manager, the one with the two kids, was always so kind and welcoming, and the store was run far better when she was here. Ever since she left, the quality of service has gone downhill fast.
The food was okay, but the experience was horrible. If I ever return and experience anything like this again, I will be sure to address it directly with management or corporate. Poor leadership, disrespectful staff, and a serious lack of professionalism. I won’t be recommending this location.

Update: love getting donuts from Dunkin! They have a tasty watermelon jelly flavored donut for the summer that is a unique treat. The donuts here always slaps! The prices have gone up quite a bit though!
We got a few medium iced lattes from here. Although the service was great, the lattes were not as good as Starbucks. The mocha latte was a little bitter and the vanilla latte was over sweet. But we will try again to see if the quality changes with a different server.

I was at Dunkin at 12:00 today and there was a young girl in front of me who got a dozen assorted donuts and a pink drink. She goes to pay and the young man that took her order said, “you good “ she said no my mamma is paying and hands him her mom’s card. He said no you good and she walks away, free everything. I look at him and order my coffee and donut, yes, yes I had to pay for my food. Wonder how often this happens???

I loved this location last year but it’s been going down hill. If mobile ordering, probably just park across at food lion and walk in to pick up. I get stuck in drive thru often. Went a few days ago and slowed down drive thru because they couldn’t find my mobile order for a matcha latte. When found, it was iced coffee with my matcha sticker. They had to remake and this took close to 10 mins. Went again just now hoping last time was just an off day for staff but the hashbrowns tasted very off and my frozen matcha had A BUNCH of burnt coffee bean pieces at the bottom. I frequently stop at this Dunkin in the mornings before work. Mostly using my mobile app for the rewards. But everyone is so pleasant! I’ve never had a negative experience here. There is a woman in a blue shirt most mornings (I wish I knew her name) who is amazing and super sweet always! There is a good team here, they all deserve a raise, just sayin’
