Have been here twice, the first trip the food was really good and fast. Was a 5 star experience. Our second trip was not so great, they brought the wrong order all together, it was even wrong the second time they brought it to the table, they ended up charging us for one meal and extra chips. I didn’t have a problem paying but the food was nowhere near as good as the first time maybe because they were rushed getting it wrong trying to make it quickly. We ended being there almost 2 hours for the meal. Sadly there won’t be a third trip. We had high hopes after the first trip but there are plenty more places to keep trying.

HORRIBLE service. We ordered a bunch of stuff – mostly which came with tortillas. For starters our waitress got our order wrong, bought out 2 beef soups when we ordered 1 pork and 1 beef. Like why would we purposely order the wrong soups?? We know what we want. Furthermore when we asked the waitress to correct our order, she said we ordered 2 large beef soups. like excuse me?? we as the customers know what we ordered. Shameful. On top of that she said we would have to pay extra to get our correct order. Overconfidence ruined the service. Very embarrassing. Secondly they completely forgot our tortillas. When we asked them to bring it over, they clearly asked us to specify which ones to get twice. We wanted corn. They bought out all flour tortillas, that too by the time we nearly finished our meal. And on top of that when we called our waitress to point out the error, she just chuckled?? Like hello where is the apology for your NUMEROUS mistakes?? Making mistakes is acceptable but you need to be responsible and hold yourself accountable for it, if you fail to do so then you should not be working in customer service. The waitresses need better training. The fajitas were also super super bland. The rest of the food was good though especially the shrimp. We usually tip well but didnt this time, unfortunate to have had a terrible experience here. Avoid.

The food was ok. Salsa more like a tomato sauce than a flavorful dip. Same for the other dishes we had, they were ok just bland.
Kid’s menu advertised fresh fruit as a side; when they arrived they were the prepackaged fruit bowls; kids were disappointed in that.

Guad never misses! Their al pastor tacos are the best in town, plenty of flavor, sautéed onion and pineapple pieces for a amazing flavor in every bote!
Their buffet is unlike any other in town! They offer traditional Mexican dishes like pozole, bistec guisado, frijoles charros and more! Any time I have an afternoon off I make sure to eat here for lunch! They have a brunch menu I’ve been dying to try! Lots more traditional dishes there too like chilaquiles!

They screwed up my order TWICE!!! Incompetent. The worst service. Ordered 3 orders of hardshell tacos and 1 order of softshell. After 2 attempts and 30 minutes later I received 3 orders of softshell and 1 order of hardshell. I just gave up!!

Went to the food trailer that was at the event along the river today (October 10th). My wife ordered 3 steak tacos ($4.00 ea.)and was charged for a street taco dinner ($14.00). The dinner was suppose to come with rice and beans but didn’t. We had walked back toward the stage to eat. We didn’t go back to the trailer as it was at the far end of the event. Very disappointed.

Ordered pozole for pickup. Got home and realized there was only 2 pieces of meat. Husband took it back and they said thats the portion of meat they give. Apparently if you want more meat, you have to pay for more. We hadn’t been there for years because of bad service. Now we definitely wont be going ever again.

My meal (taco salad)did not have much flavor. The servers seemed distracted and did not check in on the table. We had to ask for a check 2 times. I was not impressed with this restaurant. I do not plan on going back.
