I ordered an Extra most bestest pizza and this is what they give me, it barely had any sauce and it did not have enough pepperonis. The side of the pizza that’s on the pic did have some but the other side was like a regular pepperoni pizza. I had to wait 40 minutes for it as well. Very disappointed.

Worst experience of my life. I will never return. A manager at the store was giving away people’s food who ordered using the pizza portal online to his friends and family members which cause many customers to wait up to an hour before receiving their pizza. The manager was inside and outside of the doors talking to friends who drive up every 5 minutes. His pants were sagging exposing his purple plaid boxers. He was totally unprofessional and I was appalled with the lack of service offered. If I was able to, I would have stormed out with my money and went to another pizza establishment. I was unable to do this due to the pizza portal order. I would give zero stars if possible.

Poor service!!! Andrew wasn’t very accommodating to the customers !! Walked back in after waiting and cash drawer open , customers walked out due to no one in the front and all the other employees ignoring customers trying to get their attention. Would not recommend this location to anyone…. Will not come back

There is always a wait but I’ve almost always been satisfied with my food. One order the pizza didn’t have enough cheese. UPDATE 11/23/21: my most recent order was the worst ever! The slices were cut wrong(like entirely) it looked like someone was playing in my pizza. To make it even worse they sent me a pizza with pepperoni and I am allergic to pork! The phones were too busy to reorder and I didn’t have time to wait for them to fix it. I never got a refund and will not be coming back. It was a waste of money and time and I couldn’t do anything with the pepperoni pizza.

Ordered a delivery on the app, it took an hour to complete and one of my drinks was forgetting as well as replaced with a diet soda instead. The pizza looked awful and the dough was raw. Please hire new employees, I can literally make a better pizza.

I am new to the area and I have been to this location twice, I can not express at how amazed I am at the fast service I receive and as well as the pizza, it’s always very hot and ready. I’m very disappointed with the service I received today. When I politely asked if I could have a freshly made pizza (since last time they gave me one that had been sitting out and was dry and hard), the girl at the counter rolled her eyes at me. That’s extremely rude and unprofessional. As a paying customer, I should be able to request fresh food without being made to feel like an inconvenience.
