BEST DOMINO’s In the VALLEY? Idk but each slice I ate from my all-meat pizza at Dominio’s was tasting extra savory. My Mom and I picked up a few pies for a potluck and they FLEW! I will be returning very, very soon.
The staff were pleasant and our order was ready at the approximate time given to us over the phone. There’s no seating inside, so this is more of a pick-up-n-go location. I noticed it was very clean and the staff were a good team!

I’m done with this place. It’s usually our last resort anyway but this just sucks. Online ordering doesn’t work, calling into the call center does not work if you have rewards you want to redeem, and trying to call the store is more difficult than the DMV. The online system is broken and they just don’t want our business obviously. The quality has been going down for a long time, the last time I ordered a pizza I got an “oogly bubble pizza” just like the person a few reviews down and my garlic parm bites were burnt. Just because its edible doesn’t mean we deserve that quality for the price we are paying compared to their profit. This experience of not being able to order at all just turned me off to this location and maybe off dominoes completely, this isn’t the first time their online system has not worked and I am usually very patient but they are so very unreliable, the food has gone down, and try to get ahold of someone in the store is impossible, I literally got disconnected twice tonight before even reaching anyone about why I was calling. Do better.

Dominoes gave me a free pizza. I ordered the New York pizza and a thin crust pizza. Full of cheese, cooked to perfection, and all around so good!!
Was excited for the new New York style pizza. Got a regular medium pizza. Asked for certain dip cups, only got ranch. Both pizzas I ordered hardly has cheese on it. I even asked for cheese it up. Not impressed or happy. The driver even came handed the pizza and left. But even cool like others. She was pissed off it seems. Didn’t even say anything.

Be aware, this store does not participate in Dominos 2 min carside pickup guarantee. They stopped our timer at 30 sec and then we waited 10 more min (40 min total and they werent busy). After going inside manager said the 2 min guarantee is only a corporate and said our pizzas were still in the oven even though the ap showed them in the oven 20 min ago. Team is not using their technology correctly or purposely fixing their stats, then not willing to address this with their customers.
Got home and pizza is missing dough in the center and under cooked (all the toppings in the middle have no dough and are stuck to the box). I think they tried to use medium dough for a large hand tossed because the pizza is not 14 inches and where there is dough its thin except around the edges where its raw. I dont even trust to taking this back now because of the attitude of the manager I’m afraid theyll spit in my food or something. Dominos, hire people with customer service skills or train them or pay more so they’ll actually care about your business

Received an oogly bubble pizza, called the next day and the GM said they can’t credit me for the pizza I received because their policy changed. My daughter’s pizza was great. Mine was 75% air bubbles. Bad customer service via the GM. Bad quality control training and a bad batch of dough.

We had a company event last night and decided to order pizza last minute for the employees.
First, the app would not work. I had nearly completed the large order when it reverted back to the beginning and wouldn’t allow me to add again.
After messing with that for too long, I called it in. That was a smooth process. I got a text after about 20 minutes saying the driver was on the way. An hour later he still hadn’t arrived. I called and was in the automated system for about 20 minutes. Then I received a text saying my order was cancelled.
I finally got through and they were so confused, giving several excuses. One being they couldn’t find the address. The event was at the Hemet historical theater, lol. Anyone who lives in Hemet knows exactly where it is.
Needless to say, everyone was very hungry and tired of waiting. Order from this location at your own risk!

I ordered 2 pizzas and they were delivered burnt. Not just the bottom but the sides were charred . I called to simply ask for new pizzas and the employee was rude and told me I ordered pan pizza and sometimes it’s burnt . She was not friendly at all . Told me to drop the pizza off and get new ones . But if I paid for delivery why should I have to drive them back. It wasnt my fault the pizzas were burnt . Instead of being nice and understanding she was rude and laughed on the phone . Very bad customer service and I will never order pizza from this dominoes again . Very unhappy customer !!!!

Today they took my $20s. A difgerent person took the order. Never tell them if you have to use a $100 bill I guess. Last week we didn’t get anything. Would not deliver because we only had our “usual $100.00 bills.” We were starving too. They” had taken $100.00 bills from us in the past, too. We are 2 old people 2 hungry ones. Very nasty policy, that is NOT stated on their website at all. We tip too. Every week they take our hundred dollar bills. And ya wonder what”a wrong with America. 100 is not a retirement. We Top Ramen tonight. Thank you Domno’s. I want AN APOLOGY FROM THE OWNER.
