Well “pepperoni lovers” used to mean pepperoni covered the whole pizza… but apparently it now just means what used to be considered “regular pepperoni.”
I’m wondering if you order regular pepperoni now, does that mean one single piece of pepperoni per slice?

Haven’t eaten here in a while, so I thought hought I would try it. BTW…..I prepared myself with a bottle of Rolaids, Imodium as well as Zofran for nausea. So pleased I took precautions!!! GLAD I DID!
I guess hell has to freeze over b4 this place gets closed down. They have the worst pizza on the planet. I should have just went to General Dollar and bought a Totino’s Pizza.
Their meat had a tin can taste & the vegetables tasted like they were on the verge of spoiling like right at the slim stage. I’m not even sure they put sauce on it unless that’s the tin can taste I was tasting. I honestly do not see how this place stays open. I really hate like hell that I spent money on this place today, But I tell you one thing it’s gonna be the last. Save your money go next-door and get Pastafina pizza which is what I should’ve got to begin with. I’M DONE with Pizza Hut!

This was my first and probably my last order from this place. I ordered a meat lovers pizza, and it was anything but a meat lovers. It was lacking the meat to qualify as a meat lovers. A meat lovers pizza should have meat falling off it when you pick it up. Have each slice covered in some much meat you don’t see the cheese underneath. This looked like a two toppings pizza. When I walked in and the service was quick and great. I wish the pizza was great. Not a great first impression from this pizza hut.

Dominic was more there helpfully. My mom is old and not good as stuff like we do now.
Dominic, was more than helpful. She was very pleasant and help her all the way.
She now says she wants to learn how to order pizza on her own and in hope Dominic will always be able to help. Mom is old enough to know, if you have a great boss or whoever workervfor or under, you will also conduct yourself the same. Thank you once again Dominic

Terrible. Wish I works have taken a picture instead of just trashing our order.
We were on our way to do some shopping in Granbury, we placed a Togo order for two melts, we got our items and left we made it to Walmart up the road to get our child a Wendy’s meal and park to eat. A good portion of one of our melts dough was raw. The other had a small portion still raw. Neither had melty gooey cheese as hoped. If we weren’t already out and in a time crunch we would had gone back. Thankfully neither of us got sick so far. This place needs some standards. When I got there, there was no one at the register, a person from the kitchen had to fetch someone. And even she was in more of a rush to get back, I had to ask for my order after she questioned “she already got you?” Then I had to ask for my drinks. After she verified I ordered my drinks and gave me my items she went straight to the back.
Definitely will never order here again. I’ve read their reviews but still have them a chance. The reviews are very accurate.
Avoid at all costs if you value yourself and your family health. Because this place does NOT.

Double beef and what I got was almost decent Single beef, one topping pizza. I guess everyone needs to start checking their pizza before they leave. And if it’s not up to speed, just throw it at them

I get that people make mistakes sometimes on orders especially if they are busy but I kid you not EVERY. SINGLE. TIME I go to this Pizza Hut something is wrong with my order and they never have more than 2 or 3 people in the restaurant. Either the toppings are wrong. The breadsticks or Cinnabons are burned. The Pizza is paper thin with giant crust or ill order the pan Pizza and they call me and tell me they ran out and give me the cheaper crust but don’t offer me a partial refund or something to compensate. I wouldn’t recommend you wasting your hard earned money at this location.

Even when you call in and do a take out do not be in a hurry they always make me wait an additional 15 minutes waiting in the lobby area. I wish they would say pizza be ready in 30 minutes so we don’t have to wait so long. It’s not just once but every time I have ordered take out.

This is like the 3rd time in a row (hopeful wishing 3rd time would be the charm) that I’ve ordered a pizza and clearly stated EXTRA SAUCE. Even wrote extra sauce in the special instructions. Does this pic look like extra sauce? If anything it looks like less than normal and this is the consistent amount that I get. Other pizza huts I’ve used from in other locations never seem to have this problem. It’s literally just bread and cheese at this point. Highly disappointed and will probably not be ordering pizza from them again. This order also came with 12 boneless wings in two different sauces and they were drenched very well in sauce. So +1 star for that at least.

This was one of the top 5 worst pizzas I’ve ever eaten. The crust looked and tasted like cardboard, and had zero flavor. Had to throw it out. Whoever makes the “hand tossed” pizza, clearly is a rookie. Will never order from here again. Service was fine, pizza tasted terrible
