We made a reservation weeks in advance using OpenTable. Arrived 45 minutes early, and the place was hopping. Enjoyed a drink in the wine bar and then were seated at our table. I highly recommend that you make a reservation, especially on the weekend.
For dinner, we started with the Burrata & Pomodori (tomatoes Caprese) and the Lasagna Bites special. Great flavor, delicious and a great way to start the night. For dinner, we had the.Fifty Layer Lasagna, Pappardelle Allo Zaffrano (shrimp, scallops, lump crab meat in a saffron cream sauce), Risotto Di Manzo (mignon tips, carmalized onions, wild mushrooms and Gorgonzola) and the Pork Tomahawk. All generous portions and amazing. My dish was the Fifty Layer Lasagna and honestly probably one of the best I’ve ever had. Large portion, which was filling and just so good. You really should get this dish, although you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. For dessert we had the tiramisu and the limoncello cake. Plate presentation on both of these was outstanding. They were also quite delicious and a great way to end the meal.
Our server was Abbie. Very knowledgeable, and able to make several suggestions regarding what was on the menu. Very attentive and pleasant.
The atmosphere is well done. Love the bright yellow color selection and the decor of the restaurant. We had no issues having a conversation, but I could see where at times it could get loud in there.
Overall, the Internet did not lead us astray. Great recommendation for a fantastic meal after our sunset cruise. We will be back!
The prices are in the $25-35 range, which feels appropriate for the quality of the food and the overall dining experience. We sampled a few dishes and were definitely impressed.
The gnocchi were pillowy soft and bathed in a rich, flavorful sauce. A definite must-try! My companion ordered the lobster ravioli, and it was equally delicious. The pasta was perfectly cooked, and the filling was generous with chunks of sweet lobster.
To end the meal, we shared the lemon blueberry cheesecake. It was the perfect light and refreshing end to a decadent meal. The tangy lemon perfectly complemented the sweet blueberries, and the cheesecake itself was creamy and smooth.
Overall, Almafi Coast is a fantastic Italian restaurant that I would highly recommend. The food is delicious, the atmosphere is inviting, and the service is attentive. If you’re looking for a taste of Italy in Stevensville, be sure to add Almafi Coast to your list!
Worth. Every. Dollar.
We sat on the bar side, and the service alone set the tone. Attentive doesn’t even cover it. This was Olympic-level hospitality. Glass never empty, plates cleared with precision, not just “Is everything okay?” but genuine, dialed-in, make-sure-it’s-great kind of service. The kind that makes you feel like you accidentally unlocked VIP status without even trying.
Now let’s discuss the crab Benedict.
I don’t say this lightly, it was so good I would consider hand-catching crabs during polar plunge conditions just for the opportunity to experience that flavor again. Perfectly balanced, rich but not heavy, fresh, indulgent without being reckless. Every bite felt like it had been workshopped by Italian grandmothers and coastal chefs in some secret culinary society.
If you’re debating brunch here, stop debating. Go.
And if you’re going for dinner, order the Brussels sprouts. I’m convinced they were crafted inside heaven’s test kitchen and delivered to the table by angels who moonlight as line cooks. Absolute masterpiece.
The gnocchi, partner in crime on the way down from heaven. Soft, pillowy clouds of joy that should honestly require a permit to serve because they’re dangerously good.
If you’re on the fence about Amalfi for brunch or dinner, just head there now and thank me later. This isn’t just a meal, it’s an event.
10/10.
