We were disappointed that they only provided a buffet breakfast option these days, on previous trips we really enjoyed the breakfasts here, it’s fairly reasonably priced though.
Evening food menu was wide enough to find something different for each our three nights stay and everything we ordered was tasty and well presented.
Definitely busy even in early February but you can’t book a table so wait times were up to 45 minutes when we were choosing to eat at between 7 and 8pm
I ordered the chicken fried steak and my partner had the brisket sandwich. Both were excellent. The fries were really crunchy and good considering they were thick fries. We recommend strongly, especially during the winter days.
The service was prompt and the food was satisfactory.
We had black bean veggie sandwich and buffalo fried chicken sandwich, and got a side of cole slaw and mashed potatoes with it.
I would definitely recommend this place if visiting Bryce Canyon.
First time in seemingly years that wait staff actually checked in on us and made sure we had what we needed. The food was fine, did not stand out, but considering we came in during a blizzard it hit the spot as needed.
As it’s one of only two places to eat, they know people HAVE to come here, so there is no incentive to serve high quality food. $90 for such lousy food is just immoral.
The breakfast buffet was even worse! My dad got the runs from the watery eggs that they serve! The chefs should all be fired!
For dinner, we tried the buffet again, and it was much better. The salad bar alone is amazing—very fresh, with lots of ways to customize your meal. The cooked foods were mostly mediocre, though the salmon was tasty. Overall, breakfast could use more variety, but the dinner buffet, especially the salad bar, makes it worth a visit.
