Placed a order online, pulled up to the drive thru window to pick up my order, the girl opens the window, and she must have thought I said I wanted to place a order instead of I had a online order. She then tells me “we ain’t got much dough, taking online orders only.” I said I have a online order.. yadda yadda.. yadda..
I thought to myself…wow!.. We ain’t got much dough?? Is she serious or just making excuses so she doesn’t have to make pizzas? It’s like only a few minutes past 8pm and a pizza place “ain’t got much dough” Well apparently she was serious and from the amount of toppings on my 3 meat pizza, they ain’t got much toppings either.
I travel out of town weekly for my job, so unfortunately I eat more pizza than I’d like to, but it’s familiar food in unfamiliar towns. This pizza wasn’t the worst tasting pizza I’ve had, but it was far away from some of the better pizza I’ve had. Wasn’t even really in the “its ok” pizza scale.

To the staff working this evening, you’re amazing! I’ve see this place so busy. The crew was absolutely phenomenal. The young girl at the register had positive energy. Everyone who came to the front with orders had great energy and was keeping business flowing at a fast pace. Kudos to you all!

Visited LC pizza Glynn St. location tonight around 6pm & was very impressed. The young ladies who provided our service had amazing upbeat attitudes which is very rare these days in customer service. Not to mention they looked very well put together in their matching blue shirts. Both young ladies are teenagers and very well mannered. The service was quick and impressionable. Will be back to visit them!

Was there at 6:30 tonight in the drive thru had 4 cars in front of me. I asked for a deep dish and a classic pepperoni pizza and some crazy bread. The lady kept telling me we can’t do that we can’t do that I said I don’t understand she said they only had the classic pepperoni pizza and couldn’t do the others I wanted. Then I was told two workers walked out earlier and there was only two girls working now after waiting ten minutes or so I got my two pepperoni pizzas. Got home and the pizza wasn’t even cooked all the way! Or cut into slices. Raw dough just look at the pictures.

I used the kiosk for the first time and it was so simple and easy to use. I ordered on the app, paid and used a code to retrieve my food. The cashier still greeted me and offered assistance to which I declined. I love how little Caesars is embracing technology.

BE AWARE, VERY DANGEROUS PLACE! Please be very aware of what you are getting yourself into ordering at this location. The management is horrible, and do not care one bit. If you order online, and you get a notification that order is ready… Jokes on you, because it’s not and it’ll take another hour on top of the time when you ordered. When you get your food please look before you leave, they gave me wings that were eaten. I have pictures to proof it. & I tried calling corporate, customer service, and the actual location. At the location, no one answer the phone. & I waited for 30 minutes to get customer service on phone for them to tell me they are going to contact owner because this is a franchise. This needs to be rectified. Please be careful!

This is the second time in a row my order has been wrong. I talked to the driver and told him we were missing an item, he said call the store. The store manager told me there was nothing he could do, but I could come pick up what I was missing. I said, I paid for delivery and he hung up on me. The pizza that we did receive was mediocre at best. I am done with Little Caesars.

Visited this location because its closes to my house. They use to be ok but as of late they are horrible. If I didnt have to go to work I would have drove back up there for a refund. Just horrible. Wanted a sausage deep dish but they were out of deep deep crust so I ordered a regular sausage. When I got it it was sloppy. Sausages all over the crust and on the side of the pizza. The cheese was weird and seemed under cooked. The pizza wasnt cut correctly. It was just a nasty mess.
