Went by a little over an hour ago for the last day of pizza week and oh my!!! I’m not a fan of crab rangoon but my fiance is. I love hot honey on pizza. I got both and surprisingly the crab one was the best. I had been wanting to try this place for a while and if I can order and like something I typically don’t eat I’ll come here again for other menu items.

Tried the crab Rangoon pizza for pizza week. It’s pretty good but I wish they used sweet & sour sauce drizzle instead of the bang bang sauce. They do have really nice seating areas away from the loudness of the giant tvs

It was our first time visiting the establishment on 09/12/25. We went to hear JonAnthoney jazz band. The beer cheese and buttery pretzels were delicious. The Chicago style beef sandwich with side of aujus has nice flavor and the meat was thinly cut and tender. The bbq pork sandwich had a nice blend of bbq and heat from the jalapeños and the tobacco straws were a nice addition. Took home the Date Night pizza for my mom who happened to be one of the owner’s musicial theater students! The pizza crust was thin and had a nice crunch to it. The dates, bacon and spicy aoili were a perfect combo. I will definitely order it again. The space is beautifully decorated and open. Nice touch out front with ASTRO turf and corn hole games. The beers are brewed on site and are a little different. I was glad to see they served McKenna bourbon! We will definitely be going back.

Have enjoyed this establishment on a few occasions; however, tonight was challenging. The line to order remained 10 plus deep for the majority of the hour and a half we were there. My calzone took 52 minutes from order to delivery to table. Hopeful this was just a matter of having last minute call outs as I can’t imagine you would plan staff this way. Patrons were everywhere. This was just a Wednesday night. Happy to give the benefit of the doubt one night.

I love the big, open spaces inside the brewery. There is garden-themed art too, which is really cute. The pizza is especially good because their ingredients are good quality. A great place to spend an afternoon.

I stopped by Noble Funk shortly before they closed, so service was a bit slow after the crowds faded. That being said, it’s a cool space and I could see it being quite popular. I tried one of their beers and one of their ciders; both were tasty and free of any off flavors. The cider was actually my favorite, but both showed that they know what they’re doing. I’d definitely drop by again if I’m in the area; I’m sure their other beers are good.

I visited Noble Funk in the heart of Old Louisville with some coworkers, and we really enjoyed it! This was my second time there, and the staff was informative and very helpful. I ordered pizza, and it came out piping hot; the cheese stretched from the plate to my mouth. I’m not usually a beer drinker, but I did order one and it tasted great. The bathrooms were clean, and it’s a wonderful place to bring everyone, including kids

THIS PLACE IS BEYOND WORDS! The extravagant interior & secrets hidden inside were overwhelming (in the best way possible) & so worth it! Not only is the atmosphere alluring, the FOOD! The food, the food, the food! we got the pesto veggie & mambo italiano pizzas, the Garlic Girl dip & the eggplant tomato soup! Literally everything, & I mean EVERYTHING, was absolutely mouthwatering! They have a brick oven for pizzas, rotating soups + desserts & a pristine brewery right behind the bar! The experience, ambience & quality were perfection; you cannot find better! This place is truly a little piece of heaven
