The person at the register did not know what to do. They had no coffee, no soft drinks, no sweet tea. The place was dirty and looked like it was falling apart. For Panera charges I expect better…especially something to drink. Thankfully my food was good.

I would like to just say that whoever is checking the delivery orders, needs to be dealt with. I ordered a half chipotle chicken avocado melt, a cup of broccoli cheddar soup, and a French baguette with a large sweet tea. The dasher brought it to me quickly and my bag was still sealed up. I open it and my sandwich is completely missing. I called the dasher and she told me to call the store because they cannot check the bags. The associate I spoke to said the only thing I could do is come and pick it up. Only problem is, I’m working a 12 hour shift today and cannot leave work. Thanks Panera.

Food was great . Came out quick .. however the dining area needs a lot of attention. Trash full dishes have not been taken away condiment area needs stocked as well as napkins. This was at 215 pm on October 30 2024. It was not busy so I think this was just no one wanted to deal with it..

This was my first time eating at this location and I haven’t had Panera Bread in years. I love the set up and the convenience of ordering either at a table from the app or at the kiosk machine at the front entrance of the store. I had the barbecue chicken flat bread and broccoli cheese soup yummy yummy. The place was pretty packed but there was still enough seating available. I dined in and enjoyed a little quick family time and some awesome lunch. Great great great food and experience I’ll definitely be back!

Very disappointed, bought 2 pecan rolls and 2 almonds rolls at 2 p.m., took home to enjoy. They were dry and old. If you product doesn’t have a shelf life pass noon why sell it at full price ($5 ea). Very disappointed, will not try again. Waste of money.

This Panera is typically pretty busy and can take a while to place your order. It’s also pretty hard to find a seat so that can be frustrating. The food came out pretty hot and good except for the pastry items. If you’re craving Panera it’s not a bad stop but otherwise I’d go somewhere else.
