I was in SOCAL for business this past week and hadn’t enjoyed In-N-Out for some time, so I sought out a location as I commuted between Palmdale and Westminster.. Enter this Santa Clarita location for the win!!
I ordered a double-double without onions or tomato and the staff here delivered!! The burger was everything I remembered from my last visit and then some.. Hot, fresh, flavorful, and with the right amount of sauce and lettuce to balance everything out perfectly.. The fries, always fresh, were exactly what I expected, too..
This store was very clean despite the number of patrons present and there was an associate monitoring the condition of the dining room and cleaning tables and the condiment and drink stations continuously..
All in all, I was abundantly pleased with everything about this late lunch experience.. Kudos to the staff for keeping things moving like a well-oiled machine!!

There are probably a million reviews of this place already, but I’ll add mine too. We’ve tried burgers in different countries around the world, and even in a Michelin-starred restaurant. For me, nothing beats In-N-Out. The burger, the patty, and the sauce are truly delicious. I recommend this place, but not too often!

On our way up the 395 there are two options for us regarding In N Out, this one on Sand Canyon or later in the trip at the Ave I location in Lancaster. Often when we come to Sand Canyon it’s packed. Mostly cars in the drive through, so many I’ll opt to continue further to Ave I. This time it was not bad crowd wise so we parked and ordered in. The staff were on their game and doing it with a smile. We sat outside and noticed the concrete was perfectly clean, I actually dropped some cheese off my double double and looked down to see mine was the only spot soiled. As usual a delicious meal some how less expensive than McDonald’s , and much better!

I Found myself very disappointed with this In-N-Out my food wasn’t up to good at all . My bun was burnt the lettuce tasted like straight raw onions and the soda(root beer) wasn’t bubbly enough for me taste. The young ladies taken the order had a very Happy demeanor.made you want to place your order. The young man at the pay window was pretty nice. However, the young lady at the food window wasn’t very attentive enough she look at me and was like your order is the amount. I politely, shoulder, my receipt.n And she slightly looked at me like a deer in the headlights kinda proceeded to let her know this wasn’t my first rodeo In N and Out due to growing up in the Pasadena area, if you know, you know. I only reinforce that she wasn’t very attentive within doing her job.I was asked if I wanted ketchup, I replied, no, she just automatically thereafter through the ketchup in she was paying more attention to other things still throughout the completion of the transaction. We must some time remember that when you’re the closer in a situation you can make a major impression on those whole outcomes. It just wasn’t a home feeling of this burger establishment.

In N Out is always great food. And this location is no exemption. Great service, too. Parking is hard to find during lunchtime hours, though. It’s just hard to get out of the parking lot if parked in certain locations.
Other than that, it’s a great place to eat with family.
