I ordered the breakfast platter (among a breakfast sandwich & hash brown) which comes with the French toast, hash brown, eggs, and bacon. I open my bag and find out I only received the French toast sticks, not the platter. I got a $5 uber cash but that won’t fix the problem that I spent almost $30 (with taxes, fees, and tip) for my food to be delivered and it’s not even right. If they somehow ran out of eggs & bacon, then maybe my driver should’ve been told that so they could ask if I wanted a refund. It’s such a simple order and it got messed up. Whoever packaged this needs to look more closely at orders so this doesn’t happen to others. Thanks!

The breakfast sausage Crosant sandwich, are always fresh, very good. The only issue is there small. I could easily eat 2
Fast friendly, on the 929 bus line. This location cares about you they even built the tables, so you can charge your phone with a USB cord. That’s so Cool and convenient. Love this new Jack in the box on my morning route.

Sometimes I order from grubhub coming from this location. This is for sure my last order from Jack in the box. Every time I order I am always missing something. Either missing some topping, missing whole item, missing a drink. There’s always something missing. Someone there is not paying attention to their orders. So that’s why I gave them 2 stars overall unhappy. They can’t say they didn’t see it in the order because it’s in the receipt. Specially you ask to remove certain item and you get the opposite.

December 6, 2025, 8: p pm, Not a good experience tonight. I ordered four tacos, a chicken sandwich with extra onion and a large order of jalapeño poppers.
When I got home, nothing was still warm. One of the poppers had no cheese in it. The chicken sandwich was once Again smashed to disgusting.
The four tacos were not warm and tasted like they had been out of the fryer for awhile. I think o am going to have to drive over to the East H street location when I am hungry. I wasted $13.61 on food that was Mostly inedible.
Screwed up the order again. I ordered jalapeño poppers and when I got home I discovered that I got nuggets instead. These nuggets were disgusting, shriveled and very un appetizing. I could not make myself eat one either.
I’m not going back down for an order of jalapeños. Apparently management or the owners don’t care either as neither has reached out. I guess I’ll go to the other Jack in the box and wait to see if it falls to poor standards.
I’m done with the Jack in the box at Third and K st in Chula Vista.. Attention to detail does not seem to be a focal point for the workers. Why do you need to smash the bun on burgers?? If a special request is made, it seldom is correct. I asked for extra onions on my burger and all I got was three pieces.
