We chose this pizza place because we heard the owner won one of the TV shows Chopped, so we expected both great food and great service. Unfortunately, it didn’t live up to the hype.
The food was very average and definitely overpriced. We paid $44 for eight slices of pizza, and the taste was no different from regular pizza you can get elsewhere.
On top of that, the dining area was filthy, dirty, and messy. No one seemed to care about cleaning the space, which made the experience even worse.
Overall, it’s not worth paying $44 for pizza when you can get something similar from Domino’s or other pizza places for around $20.

Very light and fluffy crust, toppings were flavorful but was a bit uneven in the dough to sauce ratio. Arancini were crispy and cheesy, and if you go near close you might score a few free items!
Reviews on here are harsh, it’s not Lucali’s but it’s not trying to be. More of a casual neighborhood spot that can be a little inconsistent but is overall good. Recommend stopping by in the warmer weather with friends to grab some food and chat on the patio

I really liked this place. ❤️The pizza is excellent and made using their own unique recipes — it’s not like the others, and it’s very вкусно. The atmosphere is cozy, and you can also order other dishes and a wide variety of drinks here.

Great service and loved the outdoor seating. Vodka sauce square slice was yummy !! Ngl I don’t have it in me to queue up for Lucali, but this place was fantastic. Will be back 🙂

This is a fun neighborhood spot always crawling with locals and I love it. The pizza is okay, but the vibe is the reason why you should come here. It’s a great place on a warm day since you can have beer and enjoy the outdoor patio furniture. Most of the pizza has been lying out for a while and is just reheated but it’s not terrible. Not sure if I’d come back but good for a one time visit.

Truly amazing pizza and drinks. The staff were awesome even late night. They were still motivated to offer great service. The pizza was a true New York thin large slice with incredible toppings. We sat outside and ate pizza and had our drinks and had a great time. I definitely recommend this. We were over at a competitive pizza place earlier and they had an hour wait definitely not worth waiting. Come to this place and get a slice.

Recommended by our hotel concierge. It was nice but not worth $47US for one large Pizza.
Good experience.

@wellhowwasit ??? What a deliciously decadent experience. If you’re looking for pizza done right Baby Luc’s is at the top of the totem. I got two plain slices and they were perfectly crisp. The sauce was gentle but it added the right balance of flavor in ratio with cheese and crunch in every bite. I was disappointed after finishing my slices because I should have bought an entire pie.

Today we tried three slices—Margherita, pepperoni, and Calabria vodka—and paired them with an IPA. If you’re familiar with Lucali, you’ll know that Baby Luc’s doesn’t quite compare or come close to Lucali’s pizzas.
That said, Baby Luc’s offers above-average slices in a small, cute space with an okay ambiance. For the overall experience, though, the pies feel a bit overpriced and the service could use improvement. Unfortunately, while we were sitting in the corner enjoying our slices, the person working the oven managed to drop an empty pizza box on top of my mom’s head and barely acknowledged it with an apology—if there was one, we didn’t hear it.
Decent slices, but the experience didn’t fully match the price point or expectations.

Server/cashier was very nice. Ambiance is great, and the mezcal negroni was great. The pizza just wasn’t very good unfortunately. It didn’t help that they didnt warm up / cook the pizza enough. Even then, the flavor and balance of the ingredients wasn’t very good.
Not much else to say other than I wouldn’t return here in a city with great pizza options.
