Our family are loyal Paris baguette customers and have given them good business since they have opened. We particularly like this location for the variety in the menu items they offer and their availability. The staff here have been generally friendly except for the one woman who claims to be the manager and is most often at the checkout counter.
Today after buying pastries worth a total of $40 my husband asks the lady (who has been consistently giving us rude service every single time for no reason which we have ignored as we like Paris baguette and she doesn’t own this place, we continue to shop at this location) for a cup of hot water and she first states they don’t have hot water. So my husband asks they don’t really have hot water? She then follows up and says, he will have to pay for the hot water. My kid keeps coughing and we can’t have a cup of hot water? It’s appalling to have such rude customer service for one cup of hot water. Quite an unpleasant experience compared to the other locations we have been to.

Please do better or lower prices if food never ready lost like 5 people today when food not ready 2 nd time I’ve seen that

This bakery had a lot of delicious bakery items! I just got the red bean with custard puff pastry and it was really tasty, the outside was crispy and the filling had just the right amount of sweetness! I wish it had more of the filling though! It had a lot at both ends but when you got to the middle part, it was very light! It was a really cute place and had plenty of parking! The staff were very friendly and helpful!

We love the coffee donuts from Paris Baguette and actually drive about 4 hours round trip just to get their pastries. Today was my first time visiting the store with my kids. I gave it 4 stars only because there wasn’t a diaper-changing table, which made things a little tricky with little ones. That said, the pastries and coffee are really good. Will I come back? Definitely. ☕

Huge space which can definitely be used better in the way it is organized and spaced out. Bathrooms are super dirty and always out of something. The service of the front staff barista and cashier is terribly miserable. It always seems no matter who they are that you are inconveniencing them or they get annoyed by your order. I’ve been here numerous times only because their pastries are absolutely scrumptious. Skip the cakes; they are beyond overpriced and not great at all. They lack flavor but look pretty. Come in the morning or before lunch for the 2nd round of product otherwise everything sits there all day in plexiglass containers with light beaming down on it all day. Their packaging is very good quality. Check expiration date on items individually wrapped or in the refrigerator section. They are located in a small strip mall area and the parking lot get overwhelmed with drivers of all experiences so be cautious; most non experienced, distracted drivers to be more frank!

I had high expectations for this place; the cakes and coffee looked delicious in the pictures, but I was very disappointed. I ordered a salted caramel pretzel iced latte, and it tasted like watery instant coffee. It had absolutely no flavor, and it seemed like they had only added a splash of milk. I had to add sugar myself, but even that didn’t improve the taste. The donuts I bought were soaked in oil with every bite, and I had to chew them for a long time because they were so chewy. In short, I was very disappointed. I just hope the jam and the other pastries I bought at least taste good.
