I had a fantastic experience here today. The food came out hot, fresh, and honestly better than I’ve had at other Taco Bells. I tried their new Midnight Mountain Dew, which was really good, and one of the new box meals with a street taco — everything in it hit the spot. What stood out most was the chips: usually they’re just okay, but here they were crisp and seasoned perfectly, way better than I’ve had at any other location. Service was quick, order was accurate, and I left extremely satisfied. Easily one of the best Taco Bell visits I’ve had in a long time.

We often pick up Sunday lunch or Wednesday dinner here. All of us love Taco Bell, and they always pile on the ingredients and packets of Mild, Fire and Diablo.
The ingredients have always been fresh, the service at the drive through quick and friendly with a smile.

The app changed my tacobell location to this one I guess because I was driving next to it earlier today. I ordered my food and immediately noticed it after ordering and tried calling 10 times just to get no one to answer the phone and had to drive 20 minutes out of my way to get some cold tacobell. The one by my house on Goodman answered the phone and told me only that location could cancel my order

They really take the fast out of fast food here. Took almost 10 minutes to get the 3 cheese cups thats supposed to come with the 3 orders of nachos fries.Also, after missing an item, I specifically explained what was missing, the girl took the receipt to fix it. Then proceeded to make the WRONG item for us.

Just stopped by there and yes it was almost 1am but the girl in the drive thru was rude enough to not speak one word and I paid for 2 hard tacos that I didn’t receive. I should’ve checked the bag but the receipt is taped on the bag so I figured they could at least get it right.

placed an order on the app at like 2am, it said they closed at 3. pull up to the screen and it’s off, saying they’re closed. not sure if they closed early because they didn’t feel like making orders or if the Taco Bell app hours are wrong, but i had to go all the way across town to another location and that was not ideal.

Worse food and service I’ve had. The girl at the drive thru was very rude. Not just to customers but other employees. I had 2 separate orders. The small order with 3 items came in a large bag. My order of over 10 items was compressed into a smaller bag. When I got home and started eating. Each bite was nothing but onions. I will not go back to this taco hell untill some changes are made with employment and management.

Service is fast but the food is like it sits there for days. Potato’s hard, tacos stuck to the wrapper where you end up with a glob of food, pay for cup of sauce and get half of half of a container.
