We decided to get food from Dia y Noche food truck for our football Sunday. We got cubans, the roast pork sandwich, potato balls, croquetas and some pastelitos and let me say they did NOT disappoint, im Spanish and im very picky with my cubans and this one was perfect I also loved! the roast pork sandwich omg! the flavor was excellent, the meat was juicy but not enough to make my sandwich soggy which is very important to me, the croquetas and potatos balls were crispy and with good flavor, the ham croquetas tasted like real ham not like others I’ve had that the ham taste like out of a can. Oh! and the coconut pastelitos are a most. In conclusion I 100% recommend Dia y Noche food truck.
