I go to this location regularly because it’s close to work. I always order and pay with the app for a streamlined drive-thru experience. A few years ago they seemed to be struggling, but things are coming back together for them. The dining room has been renovated and reopened and there have been some staff changes. The drive-thru line moves much better than it used to and the staff is always very friendly. The food is what you would expect from a McDonald’s franchise.

Do not use mobile ordering at this location at night. I arrived 45 mins before closing with a pre-paid order, and the staff simply refused to make it, claiming they were effectively closed. Unprofessional service and a total waste of time. Still waiting on a refund.

THE WORST McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. DO NOT GO HERE! Ive tried this location 3 times with mobile orders. Every single item was disgusting and not made correctly. If you like a half cup of mayo or sauces on each item then you might like here. Everything sloppy, did not follow my mobile orders at all everytime.

I’ve stated to pay closer attention my charges for orders.Every time over the past year at least, what they are charging does not match the menu price.Example on 8/20/25 the menu price was 8.19 + 6% tax =8.69.At the drive window the tried to charge me 9.71 I asked why the difference she tried to tell me taxes.I explained to that she was incorrect buy she would’nt budge.I will be filing a complaint with Ky Attorney General

My mother was taking the last bites of her Big Mac this evening and bit straight into an OPEN black safety pin INSIDE THE SANDWICH!!!
I have never been more disgusted or appalled at a food facility.
This is not only absolutely disgusting – it is DANGEROUS. The fact that as restaurant could allow this to happen is absolutely terrifying!!
Upper management has been contacted and we plan to continue to follow through with this, there is zero excuse for putting someone in REAL danger like this.
DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR BUSINESS!!!

Waited in drive thru FOREVER… THEY AREN’T TAKING ORDERS AT THE SCREEN!!! Only taking orders at the last window where your are supposed to get your food… Tried to order a blue raspberry freeze and he said the machine want working and it clearly was…. The man greeted us with a mouthful of fries…

This location sucks. Always something missing. Always lukewarm at best or burnt. Employees are worthless and just ignore you at the counter, except one guy and he’s usually in the drive thru. I’ll drive farther to go to McDonald’s from now on. I have been trying to give them some grace for a year but I’m over it.
