First time here food was delicious, one of the best Birria Tacos I have eat. Love the presentation of the plate. The Horchata was very good and tasty. Music was nice not to loud so we were able to have a nice conversation while eating. And the waitress he was very nice and kind. Will definitely go again.

Coyote Flaco never disappoints. The margaritas are amazing, easily some of the best around, and the happy hour is hands-down the best in Hartford. The tacos are unreal, and the half nachos are absolutely to die for — perfect portion and loaded with flavor.
Great vibes, great service, and always a go-to spot with friends. Can’t recommend it enough.

From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere feels warm and welcoming. The food is absolutely delicious, full of authentic flavors and perfectly sized portions. The service is attentive and friendly, always making sure everything is just right.
And Silvia, the owner, always makes us feel at home. You can really feel the care and love she puts into the place, and that’s what keeps us coming back.!

Went for the first time today and I’m so sad it took so long for us to discover this great place! Traditional margarita was fantastic, probably my favorite of all I’ve tried and the other drinks looked amazing. Too many to try in one sitting but wanted to try all of them! Queso was good and our meals were delicious. I had the special burrito with spicy cheese, so good! Just the right level of heat and savory. Wife had a combo enchilada meal and loved it. The service was very good and very welcoming and you could tell there were many regulars who were greeted like old friends. Loved the whole vibe as the kids say! We will definitely be back soon.

Four of us enjoyed dinner here a few nights ago. Very solid Mexican cuisine. We all enjoyed our meals. Friendly service from a helpful server. Not too noisy even though it was fairly full. I had the Enchiladas Azteca – vegetarian filling with mole sauce and chicken filling with (I can’t quite remember which sauce, but it was tasty!) Of course you can choose whatever filling you want. It was no problem to sub black beans for the standard refried.

This restaurant was recommended by a friend for having authentic Mexican. It did not disappoint. It was a small and intimate culturally decorated spot. The service was excellent and the food was as pictured on their IG and web pages. It was delicious!! My favorite was the shrimp appetizer but I forgot to take a photo. The servings were good too. 20% gratuity included for parties over 5.

One of the restaurants that deserves to be in good business! I’ve had take out and sat down multiple visits and the owner is marvellous working alongside the staff who are just as wonderful. Respectful, professional, and attentive. I don’t know you- and you don’t know me, but I’m a Mexican and Italian food snob. You can’t take me anywhere a disappointing taco or cannoli WILL ruin my week. So what I love about this place is there is something for everyone! It leans on the authentic side but is appealing to American taste as well. Example: ask for the tacos al pastor. Incredibly authentic, but they also offer things like nachos and burritos etc. interestingly there are a bunch of Spanish (Spain) inspired seafood dishes. So us snobs can stay traditional and happy while my guests can be Americans and all eat at one table. Price point is about average for other Mexican restaurants. Very worth what you get and very worth you stopping in

We had a holiday party of 20 in the side room. This was my first time there. I was so impressed with the service. Not only was the staff very accommodating and friendly, but the service was excellent — they work very well as a team. We all enjoyed the food and atmosphere. I’ll definitely be going back!

The service is excellent. Watermelon margaritas was excellent, plus the queso. The other food was terrible. Double shelled , pink beef tacos were literally the worst we’ve ever had. The rice suuuuucked. If you want drinks and queso, go here, but we got very sick after eating there, so good luck

Coyote Flaco in Hartford is a hidden gem! I had the Pastor quesadilla with pineapple and it was one of the best I’ve ever had—fresh, flavorful, and served with tasty sauces, salad, and chips with salsa. The restaurant is spotless with funky, bright décor that makes it fun and welcoming. The sweet lady working there was so kind—when they ran out of horchata at closing, she gave me a delicious fruit drink on the house. I even offered to pay, but she insisted. Amazing food, great service, and a cool environment. Highly recommend!
