We held my step-dad’s 85th Surprise Party at the Harlan Pizza Ranch recently with 42 guests. I kept employees updated on our numbers and arrival time. They did a Fantastic job!! The party room, food, staff did an excellent job. My step-dad was in tears multiple times and said it was his best birthday ever! Thank you Jackie, Gretchen and staff!!

I brought my elderly parents to the Pizza Ranch in Harlan. They barely ate anything! My mom only had a few bites of her ONE piece of chicken. We asked for a bag to take it home, and one staff member gave us one. She was then reprimanded by the owner who then made her come take the bag away from us! He then sent another employee to our table to take all of our plates so we couldn’t take anything home. So rather than letting my 84-year-old mother take her 1/2-eaten piece of chicken home with her, it went in the trash. Very classy! Maybe the owner should worry more about the sanitary issues of his long beard that isn’t covered while he’s handling food than a couple in their 80s trying to enjoy a very rare night out. Shame on you! Needless to say, we won’t be back. And I hope anyone reading this goes elsewhere for dinner.

We love Harlan’s Pizza Ranch. We are 25 miles away but it is always well worth the trip. The food is always fresh and they keep it well supplied. The staff is so friendly and helpful and it is so clean it is amazing. 10 stars for Harlan’s Pizza Ranch!

One word: WOW. I have been wanting to try this place and it didn’t disappoint! The food was great! My only complaint is only 3-4 pizzas to choose from but they make up for it with a chicken/potato bar, salad bar and dessert bar. Many choices for drinks, including coffee and different flavored teas. The people I interacted with that worked there were nice. Absolutely LOVED the decor in there (western). Reminds me of Texas ❤️
