Service couldn’t have been better.
*Curtis- I called before to ask questions, he was super pleasant and accommodating and knowledgeable. I then called back after I put an online order in, he knew exactly what I was talking about and confirmed my requests. My husband picked up the order and noticed how personable Curtis was without knowing I’d already spoken to him and actually mentioned him by name.
My detailed order was correct and timely.
For $40, the amount of food was great. Quality was decent enough that I’d order everything again.
-$10, 16″ pepperoni pizza, greasy and reminiscent of pizza day at school (in the best way), as school pizza was from Sardellas.
-Side chicken Parm with garlic knots, pretty standard, nothing amazing. But for $6 with garlic knots, I’d eat it again
-Spaghetti with meatballs sauce and meatballs on side, since there was no kids meal I ordered this for my kids to split. $10, split is two $5 kids meal. They devoured the noodles. I ate the meatballs because my 5yo decided she’s five now and doesn’t like meatballs anymore…
-Side salad, no onions, had tomato and cucumber, was fresh and crunchy. Even the next day.
Let’s talk salad dressing, for me this is a make or break. I have very big opinions about restaurants that use branded (other than their own) dressings and not fresh in house dressing. But if you’re going branded, Ken’s is the way to go.
-ranch, balsamic, blue cheese- Ken’s, consistent and good
-Spicy honey mustard- the only thing that was not enjoyed
I would order the everything again. Am I giving praises for quality? Not so much. But service and price and decent enough quality and consistency are worth it.
No complaints at all, which deserves high marks.

Stuff are nice people always. On the other hand, the pizza is a 5 on a best day and the wings are small and why are one wing almost $2? Wings used to be $0.20 to $0.25 a piece.

This place rocks! My husband and I are visiting from Oregon and stopped in for dinner. We ordered a Caesar salad and a medium Sardello’s Supreme and it was more than enough food for two (especially with the free garlic knots they brought out to us while our pizza was cooking). Curtis was so lovely and kind taking our order… what a cool dude! The place was clean, food was great, and every employee we encountered was friendly. They also had some amazingly affordable lunch specials.

My Book Club meet here today. The guy’s are so great, very attentive and accommodating. The food was so good, nice atmosphere with a great patio too. They played Christian music inside and outside.

They are rockstars! A great family owned business! I’m a teacher and needed some pizza boxes for a classroom project and they were happy to donate! They are amazing people and it was a great experience! They made my life so much easier! They were the only pizza place out of the five I called willing to support a local teacher! Best business out there!

The internal store is really nice, and while not quite like the flagship in central Peoria, the location is spacious and open. The service was abysmal. I came into the store at 3:02 PM to an empty store. The one preparer was working on a large 30 pizza order. He did not know how to take my order, so he ended up having to call for the manager, Skylar. Skylar and the preparer were talking about non-work things and was distracted during the transaction. I did not receive a receipt at that point despite asking for it. I was quoted a wait time of 15 minutes (and as I was the only customer there, that was reasonable).
About 7 minutes later, another gentleman came in to order, and they took his order and quoted him the same time. His order came out before mine did! I come up to the counter at 3:20 PM and asked was my order ready yet and called? The male cook still conversing with Skylar gasped and then quickly put in a pizza meant for the 30 pizza order and then said it would be an additional 10 without apology.
The pizza came out at 3:30 PM, and Skylar handed me the pizza while still talking about nonwork matters with the cook. The pizza was not well-prepared as pictured. I am offended that I was the only customer, yet my order was served after someone else came in later and received their order without an apology.

This was my first time here and going to be my last. Had a voucher for 30$ worth of food and aparrently you can’t get the pizza and wing combo specials. So you have to order them individualy. 20$ for the large pizza and 30$ for the tiny wings with barely any meat on them. plus drinks. Almost 60$ for this bland food. The cashier also had a little attitude. The restaurant looks outdated and strange decor.
Stay away from this place.

I ordered lunch special. Sliced pizza wings and drink. I called in my order. The man thay answered was so nice and asked if i would like to eat in. I told him I would be there in 15min and he made sure everything was hot & fresh when I came in. I have been going to Sardellas since i was a kid and not much has changed. Delicious pizza and wings. Drinks always taste good like machine is cleaned regularly. I was here a couple days ago. Got a búffalo chicken BEST BUFFALO CHICKEN PIZZA!!! SO YUMMY & FRESH!! Everyone must try this place. Service and food is always great!!!

The pizza and chicken parmesan… YUM! We’ve ordered food for pickup several times with no issues with wait time or the order itself. Recently, we ate in for the first time and liked it so much went back a week later to celebrate an anniversary. So glad we did! Customer service is top notch and the food does not disappoint.
