Bird Creek Farms is a little treasure in the thumb. My wife and I were in the area for our anniversary and decided to visit at the recommendation of a local shop owner and our own research.
We started with some seasonal cocktails which were fantastic. I got a Spiced Vanilla Old Fashioned and my wife got their Butter Beer Mule.
We then ordered Ham Pickle Egg Rolls as an app and then the Blueberry Burger and Bourbon Salmon for our mains. Everything was delicious and the service was great.
There is both indoor and outdoor seating and the bar is in a greenhouse like area with open windows so you get a little of both.
I would definitely recommend stopping in. Whether you’re in the mood for drinks (they have a full bar and lots of beer on tap) or food or both, you won’t be disappointed!

Everything about this place is a 10/10! Truly such a gem. The restaurant is located inside a charming old farm house, and the atmosphere is so warm and inviting. Their craft drink menu has some great options and I really enjoyed the spicy margarita! Now, onto the star of the show: the food. Wow! Incredible! I have no notes. I was blown away by how delicious everything was, so much so, that I even had to come back the next night for more!

Went in last weekend. Got a reservation for 8pm (close at 9pm) last minute to give them a try. Was happily surprised with getting a reservation and food was killer, especially for end of the night. People were friendly, lots of big parties when we were in. Ate inside as it was rainy very cute place. Beet salad with cheese egg was probably one of the best things I have eaten so far. Was a meal on it’s own. Ham and cheese wontons were excellent as well. Wife liked the house burger and fries were pretty good. Kiddo likes her chicken tenders bites. Definitely will be back. Like to be there when patio opens up. Food pricing Is on higher end, this isn’t fast casual dining. But worth every penny. For three of us plus a few drinks $80 bucks ish. Plus tip. Definitely worth it though.

Our server Sydney was great. The atmosphere is very nice, and relaxed. I only saw outdoor seating, not sure if they have indoor. There is seating on the deck that is covered if there is bad weather.
The food was great. Everything we had was fresh and most items seemed to be farm made. The barley soup had great flavor. The cherry brie chicken sandwich had a great presentation with basket full of cheese fries. I enjoyed the orzo Mediterranean salad. The Greek olives mixed in was the perfect combination with the lemon vinegar dressing.

This place does not miss and not only is it family friendly year round, but they absolutely kill it for their flannel fest, fun for the whole family. Not every establishment caters to the kids but this place nails it out of the park year round. You will not find better food or atmosphere in the thumb.

We loved the atmosphere, the food and drinks! Staff was friendly and we were lucky to get a quick reservation in a few hours before dining on a road trip on St. Patricks day nonetheless. But booking a reservation ahead of time was important! A lot of people tried showing up and the place got full quickly. I’d love to come back in better weather because it looks like a fun outdoor and patio setup outdoors.

This place was so enjoyable even on a sunny, hot July evening. The beer selection was a nice mix, and the summer cocktail specials were refreshing and the menu had a great variety of options
Our server Sydney added to the evening, always smiling, cheerful, and friendly, making us feel we were never forgotten despite seeing her hustle on a busy and crowded evening.

Update: made a reservation for an igloo today, they were toasty inside, service was fantastic, food and drinks were perfect. Absolutely recommend the experience. As a note, a 3% fee is added to your bill for credit card payment. If you pay in cash, they remove that fee.
Drinks and food were great, I’ve not had such a delightful meal in a while. Kid options could be much better, nothing real on the little person menu.
Tables look like they’re about to be replaced, we saw them in boxes stacked against the wall. They’re overdue, the finish is coming off the table and they’re sticky.
We look forward to going when it’s a bit less busy, Flannel Fest was in full swing and staff was a bit flustered with the tap takeover and other activities happening.

Wow….just wow…. this spot is worth the trip to the tip of the thumb…. the steak bites were so flavorful and tender…. the chicken bites were perfectly crispy and tender at the same time…. horseradish sauce was slamming!!!! Ranch too…. the parm frites are something you could go there and eat and leave, you wouldn’t need anything else to feel satisfied…. bloody mary is average, Zing Zang and titos…. I guess they charge extra if you order spicy but it wasn’t spicy at all…. overall an excellent experience….so get in the car and go… big groups call first….AAA+++

Super cool layout at this restaurant. Would be a great place to spend an afternoon with a bunch of friends as they have a lot of outdoor games and a large outdoor seating area. The food was good (definitely not your standard bar food as one review suggested), but a bit on the expensive side. The one unfortunate thing is that this place is not dog friendly. With such a large outdoor seating area it would be nice to have my pup there as well.
