The lady at the front window was jolly, respectful, funny, and very positive. The young lady in the back cooking was training to be a manager and learning the grill. When I got my sandwich, it was perfect and fresh—I honestly hadn’t had a sandwich that good in a minute. I ordered the chicken bacon ranch, and it did not disappoint.
Bonus points for the cat named French Fry, their little mascot, sitting by the drive-through. That really made my day. Thank you!

It was my first time having Jack in the Box so I’m not sure if it’s always like this, but my tacos were SUPER greasy and covered in oil to the point where I could see through the bags they came in.
The burger was some half ass attempt at being a good burger when I could get something better for a cheaper price at the god damn Burger King down the road.
The only thing that wasn’t too bad was their sides of the onion rings and jalapeño poppers, but don’t let them get cold. Also their drink sizes for the price weren’t too bad, but I don’t think I’ll be eating at a Jack in the Box again, I’ll be taking my money to Culver’s, In-And-Out or even Burger King again.

Parked in the car. Got out. Employee got out their car to say drive thru only. Went through the drive thru. They said their system was down!!! This is the Jack in the box by the bridge going to get on the campus of Southern University.

Doors were locked during regular hours (lunch hours) and the worker looked at us and shook her head as if it say “it’s not going to happen” and gestured to the drive thru, we were in the area with a work crew trying to get lunch, some ac, and use the bathroom. But doors were locked so oh well, just lose business.
