I wish I could leave zero stars as this is the service I received at this location. The young lady taking the orders acted as if it was a bother to do so. The food I received was absolutely nothing compared to other locations and was told they didn’t have an item I asked for on the menu, but they in fact did have the item. Nevertheless, I settled for something other than what I wanted and the presentation and taste was absolutely disappointing. I will never be back to this location again.

This is probably the worst customer service for a papa John’s in Murfreesboro.
Every single employee was on their phones when I walked in tonight to pick up my order. Four people looked at me as I walked in, turned their backs to scroll on their phones.
I stood at the front desk waiting until my wife came in after watching me wait for multiple minutes, she came in and stated hello? We have an order to pick up — to be met with confused stares and final handed the only order on the shelf, no other customers waiting.
Very disappointed by the blatant rudeness and unprofessionalism.
We give this location a try every few months because it’s near our home & are continuously disappointed by the lack of effort in the pizzas & poor service.

I will never order from this store again. 3 times I’ve gone to pick up my pizza and have never had anybody say a word to me. And always the same person. Most recently they messed up my order, I called to notify them and was told I’d have a credit next time I ordered. Didn’t happen. In addition, their distribution of ingredients is the worse. Always a few in the middle, nothing but cheese on the outside.

Never again! What has happened to papa johns pizza? The crust has no loft and tastes frozen. The ingredients have also been reduced. I switched to this location because the memorial location was so bad. This company has become a shell of its former self, might need to bring John back. I will stick to frozen pizza from now on. Never again!

Pizza is good and what you expect from PJs. However, store process needs work. Ordered pizzas online. Papa track showed it as ready. Got to store and they said it was in the oven still. 15 minutes later, they said it wasn’t in the oven and they were a little behind. Another 20 mins later and another employee asked me what I was waiting on. The pizza have never been made and he tried to make it quickly. Multiple process problems obviously. Will try again and hope for improvement.

Boeay the store manager is rude. I asked for her managers number and she gave me customer service number like I’m an idiot. I wasn’t given all my order and per her they CANT resend the rest because it didn’t meet the amount requirement. I paid $5 for delivery and you can’t run me my food so I can enjoy my pizza as intended? I was offered a credit to get next time. It’s not a credit if it’s something I paid for and didn’t receive. That is in no way compensation. DO BETTER.

Ever since they got the call center, I am now out of bounds for delivery. When I used to talk to ACTUAL PEOPLE at the restaurant, they would deliver to me no problem. But it’s okay. From what I see here, the store has went downhill. If I’m going to pickup pizza, I will hit up hungry howies RIGHT NEXT DOOR, or drive a few extra miles to jets, Marcos’s, or even sir pizza on memorial.
Management is obviously not worried, for I never got a response from my post a year ago. I was actually quite nice about the store itself, just not the call center.

New restaurant. Crew is lost. No manager to be found. Waited 10 min for them to take order. Gave up and took money elsewhere.
Update – tried to walk up and get a pizza. Only to be told had to use app else the pizza was 50% more. Again. Happy to take my money next door to the Greek or Mexican place.
