Very good breakfast food. Very quick service. Plenty of seating options. Would recommend this place for a good brunch option even if you’re not staying at the hotel. I think the buffet is a little over priced, but the menu options are correctly priced and taste very good. We stayed at the hotel for 10 days and got breakfast every morning, the head chef and the manager came out and talked to us every morning to make sure we were okay. They were accommodating to allergies, and overall was very good experience.

We loved our stay at the Hyatt! The Sea Root restaurant had amazing cocktails and dinner section. We had the halibut and burger and both were delicious! The service was very friendly and quick!

We’ve stayed at the hotel multiple times, but never eaten at the Sea Root Restaurant for dinner until last night. Kids meals were amazing. The adult entrées were awesome. The steak was cooked perfectly and the flavor profiles were on point. We’re definitely coming back again for tonight‘s dinner, Michael was our server and the service was awesome on night one and Gerason our 2nd visit. Thank you Team

hostess was very slow and not very friendly. no line. the restaurant had maybe 3 tables seated. pretty empty. we waited about 5 long minutes to get seated. Food took a verrrrry long time. looked decent in photos. had no taste. like cardboard. we ordered several entrees, appetizer, kids meals etc. not good. our waitress was nice, that was the only good about our experience. the head chef had an issue with me having a service dog and was rude about it. icing to the cake of a terrible dinner with my family. not a great experience. will not be eating here again and do not recommend sea root.

We had breakfast two days in a row and it was wonderful! The Huevos Rancheros was amazing!! It has a sweet potato cake increase or a tortilla and it’s incredible. Our service both days was so kind and attentive. My husband had steak and for people who raise beef, we were impressed! Well done.

Decent food for a hotel restaurant. Service was OK. I think our server was busy so we didn’t see her as often as we wanted. Steak entree came with 2 servings of French fries which was a little strange- diner-like presentation. The vegetarian plate I got was delicious (took my picture after I ate some, sorry) and flavorful. The presentation didn’t compare to the steak… It almost looked like the plates came from 2 different kitchens. The decor is beautiful. The bar looked nice but we didn’t sit there. Overall, pretty good.

Wow, what a wonderful breakfast. The eggs benny was PERFECT. The hollandaise was textbook good..and the service was amazing. A little high prices, but it’s a hotel breakfast in 2025, so it’s expected, I guess.

This place clearly is rated lower than it deserves. We ate here twice and both times got stellar service, great food, and our wallets only hurt a little bit. I would just recommend to not get the overpriced (in my opinion) buffet option. You can get a fantastic plate of food just ordering off the menu and it’s cohesive and clean and well prepared. The fruit bowl in particular is surprisingly good value given the volume and quality of fruit you get. The harissa omelet was my favorite.
