When we arrived today at 12:30 the store looked closed. Only 1 car in the parking lot. They was open, even there dine in. With only the manager and 1 employee. The manager was beyond polite and appologized for being so short handed. Food was perfect in EVERY way. As a RGM myself I understand the difficulties in the industry and appreciated the hard work, dedication, and the fresh food despite the hardship.

First of all it was semi busy(after the lunch rush) I had a $35 dollar order for my family. The cashier was really confused and didn’t even know what was ordered, she had our drinks(5) and didn’t even offer a cup holder. All the meat was dry and cold, nuggets was cold, and the special sandwich had the Jr meat and looked like they scraped the French onion off( which I asked to leave off) but the sauce and cheese also was scraped off, the bacon was old and one piece that was fused together with another one.. And when I went to speak with someone the doors where locked. They where all standing around laughing and cutting up. Save your money and the frustration and go somewhere else.

We enjoyed a drive-thru experience here during lunch time. They seem to have a promotion going on that guarantees fresh crispy fries! And I will say, our fries were hot and crispy! The service was about what you’d expect from a fast food location but it was nothing to be upset about! Happy I got to enjoy lunch here.

One star may be too generous. Today around 10AM I ordered a honey butter chicken biscuit that was advertised on a very large poster in the front window for $1.99. They said my total was $3.41. When I mentioned the ad their response was “we only have 3 people here and we haven’t had time to take it down”. NOT MY FAULT! I went to McD because they honor their ads. And this is not the first disappointment with this location. Two weeks ago around noon on Sunday I placed an app order then joined others in a line that was not moving. After several minutes another customer drove by telling us the doors were locked and no one was inside. No sign or other indication they were closed. Apparently they care VERY LITTLE for their customers.

Waited 18 minutes just to get the wrong food. Then, the wrong burger I was given was wrapped back up to give to the customer beside me who was waiting for them to give her order correctly (she didn’t accept it). The guy with me had his order royally screwed up at the same time. We gave our orders for the way we wanted the food and that reflected on our receipts so it as simple as reading the order and putting the correct food on a tray. Several potential customers who were standing in line left.

Tried ordering Biggie Bag to be told they had no pitcher for vanilla frostyccino—whatever that meant—nor made coffee. Aside that, double stack didn’t taste good: somehow bread tasted like water despite firm, meat was bland & mustard way overdone. Spicy nuggets were overpowering which could deal with if I received my honey mustard. Asked & mentioned multiple times yet not in any bag. No straw either so fun & pretty sure I didn’t receive medium fries. WORST EXPERIENCE WITH A WENDY’S YET.

This place has good food, the two employees here named Jeremiah and David are great and hard workers. They got the order right each time i got food here which right now has been twice, and fast service. Great asset to this company them two workers David and Jeremiah.

Stopped here on the evening of 3/6/22 after ordering and paying for my order using the mobile app. The drive thru line was excruciatingly slow and the female taking drive thru orders was very rude and not helpful at all. They didn’t have my order in their system and, after confirming I was at the right location, told me they have nothing to do with the app so they couldn’t help me. It’s the Wendy’s app, not third party, so either this employee has not been trained correctly or just doesn’t care. Also, when I first pulled up, she read off a laundry list of all the things they didn’t have, including fries and most of their drinks. Overall, they were slow, unprofesssional, and I suspect lazy. It may just be this particular shift at this location, but the experience was so bad I will never return. I ended up going to the Sonic across the street, which was fast, friendly, professional, and not out of everything. If I want Wendy’s, I will go to the one on the opposite side of town (1700 Turner McCall Blvd) which offers everything this location doesn’t. Management should probably visit that location and take some notes.

First, the cashier was very helpful! We received our order and we didn’t have our nuggets and our baconator fries had no cheese, we let the cook that came to the window know and his response was “uhh we gotta drop nuggets & i don’t think we even have cheese”… he appeared to be zooted out of his MIND & was completely disassociated then the manager fixed the fries and nugget situation but we had to get different fries bc one of the orders was stone cold along with the first set of nuggets we received. So thank you to the manager and the cashier that fixed the mistakes & to the guy… don’t come to work high if you can’t function high

We had to ask for another salad. We ordered a salad with meat on the side. They quickly, and gladly gave us the right one. Thank you high school kids. Great job. God Bless you all. Thanks Wendy’s West Rome.
