I came to this establishment yesterday. I ordered the bacon cheeseburger meal from the “$5 have your way meal”. I was very disappointed because it looked as though they didn’t care when making my meal and put a lot of mustard on my burger which you could see just by unwrapping the burger. They also just put bacon fat on my burger. The chicken nuggets and the fries weren’t good either. The only thing right was my Sprite. I am very disappointed. I could’ve spent my $9 elsewhere.

This review is not about Burger King, but the manager they have working at this location! Charletta-you are amazing. I have been inside several times and just watched you work while I wait. You jump on a problem immediately. You seem to have no issue jumping to any station to just help when it is needed. Managing is not easy, but keep your head up you’re doing great!

Food gets a one star because you forgot my pickles today.

Unclean by the drink area. Tables were dirty as there were garbage on some of them. The meat tasted off, the size of the cheese seemed diminished. The bun was dry. I would never go there again.

Inexcusable horrible service from start until finish.

Took nearly 15 minutes to received my order after I was flagged through the drive-thru into a parking spot and told to wait . Employees came out no less than three times and tried to give me the wrong order and I eventually had to go inside to get my order . All I had ordered was an original chicken sandwich heavy Mayo large size with a dr. pepper.

I ended up getting a chicken sandwich with no mayo with cheese, ketchup and what looked to be 4 day-old lettuce .

Ended up having to drive a half a mile back to the location to exchange my order and was referred to as Big Dawg……

How professional

All the employees were congregating around the front counter talking about nonsense and inappropriate stuff in front of another customer.

Of all of the crappy Burger King locations in the county this has to be far the worst .

Just look at this nasty…..incorrect sandwich they handed me….. Burnt cheese and slimy lettuce.

I ordered just an original chicken sandwich with Xtra mayo….

It wasnt even busy…. Come on guys

To Whom It May Concern,

I recently visited this BK and was deeply disturbed by the behavior of the female manager on duty. In the brief 10 minutes I was there, waiting on two burgers might I add. I witnessed her berating an employee at the register in an unprofessional and demeaning manner. The employee appeared to be struggling, yet instead of providing guidance, the manager repeatedly criticized them with statements like, “You should not have done that,” followed by, “Why would you do that?” She then told the employee it was “too late to fix it” in a tone that was condescending, rude, and entirely inappropriate. I have never heard anyone talk to anyone like that at work and I’m prior military nobody talk to me like that in Iraq. The only place I’ve ever been spoke to like that is in United States Marine Corps boot camp and we’ve all seen Full Metal Jacket.

As a customer, I found this behavior unacceptable. I can only imagine the impact on the employees who have to endure this treatment daily. A hostile work environment not only affects morale but can also lead to serious consequences in food preparation, customer service, and overall company reputation. No one should have to work under such conditions.

I urge your regional management team to investigate this situation promptly. I plan to revisit the location in two months, and if this issue has not been addressed, I will document any continued mistreatment and escalate my concerns. This includes sending the footage to Burger King’s corporate office at 5505 Blue Lagoon Drive, Miami, FL 33126 and sharing it publicly if necessary.

I trust that Burger King values its employees and customers and will take appropriate action to ensure a professional and supportive workplace.

Lastly but most importantly I send my prayers to the men and women that work at that Burger King I’m so sorry that that woman talks to you like that and I hope that something gets done because I really don’t like causing someone to get fired and it’s not my job to do so. It’s up to corporate and the franchise manager to come and speak with you guys and find out what’s going on on a monthly quarterly or even yearly basis. I came there once before and she was so rude I didn’t even buy my food I honestly thought it was a one-off so I left this is almost a year ago and she still doing the same stuff to this day. Honest to God I wish I would have did something sooner. I would just like to let you guys know Target and Walmart and most hotels pay the same thing you’re making there. God speed.

I ordered food and don’t have a car. Someone in there decided to lock up early, then ignore me when I walked through the drive through. Just another crappy experience from this crappy place… not to mention the attitude from the lady at the window I’d say 0 stars if I could. Night shift sucks

Ordered online, went to the store for pickup and the lobby was locked. We went through the drive thru and after a few minutes we were up to the window. They didn’t have one of my drinks and i had to get a different one, then we got our food. This ticket was on our bag, this had everything on it that we WANTED. however, when we got home and opened our bag, our food was completely wrong. Neither burgers was specialized. We didn’t get what we wanted and we didn’t feel like making the trip back up there. Even if we did, we wouldn’t be able to go inside to fix our order. I highly disappointed.
