Chick-fil-A is always top-notch! The food is fresh, the chicken is perfectly seasoned, and the service is unmatched. The staff is friendly, polite, and always makes sure you’re taken care of. The restaurant is clean, the orders are accurate, and everything tastes amazing every time. Definitely one of the best fast-food experiences — highly recommended!

We diverted from our path to have dinner at this restaurant…As usual it was fast,efficient and very good…Sadly, whe we left, it was necessary for us to cross the Ohio River so as not to backtrack 12 miles or so to continue our journey to Athens, Ohio….
First we find out the closest bridge was toll only, so we continue up to the next bridge, only to find it did nor have an entrance to cross the Ohio River, so we end up doing the full backtrack to get back on our path….Seems such a shame to want a toll charge and then block access via one way streets,etc to ” encourage us to pay the toll…NOT..
AS SUCH, our advice is to avoid the entire town and just eat elsewhere….
Apologies to the franchisor, but we cannot see the benefit of the toll when the city could have EASILY routed a path to cross over a non toll bridge….

My fries were cold and had no salt. The last three times I’ve went I’ve asked for ranch and they never give it. You ask for ketchup and they give you one packet when you have two meals. You can definitely tell the workers were on something. I live an hour away and have to wait to get home to eat. By that time all my food is cold and it sucks. Absolutely waste of money.

Today is my first time at Chick-fil-A. Usually, chicken always my least favorite. But, today experience might change the way I see the chicken meat,,or chain restaurants,,LOL. Firstly, tha cashier (Melinda) was so patient explained things and talk to me since this is my first experience,,lol. Secondly, they deliver the food to my table. Third, Melinda came to my table asked me if everything alright. Doesn’t feel like “junk food restaurants ” at all. Im ready to say good bye to BK, MCD, and KF See. Thank you Chck-fil-A. You just made my day

The employees are AMAZING. They are so personable & engaging. They really made our in store dining that much more enjoyable. It is the main reason we love to dine in at Chick-fil-a. Please keep up the great work. Eat more chik-in.

Food was great, Service was exceptional, Atmosphere was busy inside. Only negative was the high prices! I haven’t eaten at Chick-fil-A in a few years, but the prices seemed to have doubled! Three people with entrees only, 1 drink, was $35+.

Was never asked if we wanted any sauces with our food. Tortillas were stale and missing ingredients such as cheese.. Two thumbs down. Usually chick fil a is on point but this location makes them down

Best chick-fills I have ever been to, hands down. Super fast and friendly service who were very accommodating to drink requests. The interior, including the bathroom, was spotless and continually being cleaned, and they had some of our food at the table as soon as we sat down.
