Food was good, side portions were a little small. I got a spicy chicken sandwich with sides of 10 cheese curds and only 4 onion rings.
The cheesecake milkshake tasted like it was a vanilla milkshake with cheesecake bits in it. It tasted good just not as potential cheesecake taste as I was expecting.
This is the first time going to this restaurant chain but I would consider it a cross between Culver’s and McDonalds.

The food is good but the service is really lacking. Cant ever seem to get an order right. Went tonight ordered burger with onion rings and an order of cheese bites. Open tray and 4 rings…really and 1 cheese bite. WTH. Kids to busy playing around than focusing on their jobs

My very first time at a cook out and wasnt sure what to expect. Got a tray – cheeseburger, onion rings and cheese bites. Also tried a hot dog. My favorite were the cheese bites, everything else was just alright. Didn’t realize the cheeseburger would just come with meat and cheese. The hot dog was pretty basic. Pretty good prices when you get the trays.

I just stopped by to get a late lunch and was waited on by Jamellia ( I hope that I spelled her name right) in the drive through and what a delightful person!!! She was very polite and has a wonderful personality, she promptly took my order and as soon as I drove up to the window it was ready in less than 2 minutes.
Now, as customers are always right,lol, this customer would like to see her get a day off with pay because she definitely deserves it because I know it’s not easy working fast food or retail and her customer service is outstanding.
I want to thank her for making my day and being my “helper elf!”

Food is normally delicious. Which is why they get a three star overall review. Lately they have been skimming on the meat on the quesadillas. Today was the worst amount of meat in my quesadillas. Please correct this for future customers.

I just left there and I just want to say that they were so pleasant when taking my order and handed me my food. I don’t know what I did right to get hooked up today but the ranch chicken wrap is on point today! Huge chicken strips in both of them. Burger just the way i ordered. They were fast efficient and friendly. Got the peach cobbler milkshake and it is the best!! I have a hard time not ordering the blueberry cheesecake one but I’m glad I switched it up! Whoever is running that place today is doing a great job

I really wouldn’t even give it one star. I ordered a double tray of onion rings. I don’t consider eight onion rings to be a double tray. Also, my burger and onions were burnt to a crisp.
