If you’re stopping by the Liberty Ohio Waffle House, do yourself a favor and hope Tenessa is working! From the moment we walked in, she was welcoming, upbeat, and on top of everything. The service was fast, our food was cooked perfectly, and she made sure our coffee stayed full the whole time.
What really stood out was her positive attitude — you can tell she truly cares about her customers and takes pride in what she does. It’s rare to find that kind of energy and consistency. She made the whole experience better.

In the dining area, it’s pretty clean, and chilli. The ladies here are very nice and friendly. The cook knows how to make his food just right. The hash browns were not too crispy and the Texas bacon patty melt is perfect.

Our waitress was Tonya we asked for coffee and extra creamers she came and throw the creamers in the table and left unhappy because we weren’t ready to order. Went she came back to take our order I said that we will both have the same meal and that the only difference would be that I wanted my eggs scrambled with cheese, peppers, and onions and my partner wanted them overwell she yelled at me for the way I placing the order. I asked for the manager and he came to the table and I told him everything and he did nothing.

Service was great. Food was great. The store was gross . Bathroom smells like cigarettes. Ceiling is so dusty above the grill something needs to be done ! Bowls and cups are leaned up against a pile of dust.

With hearing both good and bad things about Waffle House, we chose to eat here for lunch on 9/21/23. Right off the bat, the restaurant was clean and staff was friendly.
No joke, from the time we sat down to the time we got the food, it was about 5min or so! That is rare for a restaurant these days!
The chef cooking the food was focused and looked like he actually cared about making the customer happy and trust me, we were.
I ordered two eggs, two toast, two sausage and hashbrowns. Everything was perfect, no complaints there. So hot and fresh as well! Tried some of the waffle too and it was out of this world. Price was just right! I put the mixed berry jelly on the toast and man, was it good!
So, hats off to this location for making a lasting impression on us. We are Waffle House customers for life.
