2025: Dined at this location while visiting extended family in the area. We are big fans of Chik fil a and this location did not disappoint. They were crowded and had a long line if customers, but the food came out hot and in a reasonable timeframe. The service is always great. Merry Christmas!

Chick-fil-a is my favorite breakfast ever. But today was absolutely unacceptable! My burrito was impossible to eat due to the tortilla, it was hard & gross! – It just fell apart & everything came out! Honestly do better! I’m pretty upset since, like i said) it’s my favorite breakfast!

I’ve tried to use this location for breakfast catering several times and they blow it every time! I even called the night before to confirm the order and the order was read to me. The morning of the event they didn’t have my order. I had to find something else for my company event. Never using this location again!

I grew up in Atlanta with the original dwarf houses , and I’ve gone to Chick-fil-A two or three times a week for my entire life. I’ve been in New Iberia for 2 years now and it is the absolute worst branch of Chick-fil-A I’ve ever eaten at. Slow lines, wrong orders, and low food quality. The friendly service is hit or miss. I don’t know how New Iberia is allowed to have a Chick-fil-A branch

Courteous and friendly employees. Nice holiday activity for little kids. I believe they have “craft night” once a week on Tuesdays. Kids decorated Christmas cookies. There’s also a play area for the kids.

So I was starving after not having lunch due to a busy day. Stopped ordered a 12 count grilled nugget…. So disappointed when I opened it only to find 5! I also ordered a fruit and granola parfait to eat for breakfast the next morning. It has hardly any fruit for the $2.34 up charge and my strawberries were not fresh definitely starting to turn. Very upsetting that all of those items were poor quality or not even provided yet charged nearly $30 for this.
Not to mention I was trying to place the order through the app. It locked up and I had to go to the drive through and put in my order. Hopefully my daughter will share some of her fries with me.

I had a very disappointing experience at the Chick-fil-A in New Iberia, LA. My husband placed a full order for both of us, but they failed to include my main item – a 3-piece chicken tender – even though they did include my drink and sauce. I had to drive all the way back to get what should have been in my original order.
When I explained the situation to the employee at the order line, she completely ignored me and showed no concern. At the window, another young lady only made sure I knew I had to pay for the chicken tenders instead of acknowledging their mistake or offering any courtesy for the inconvenience.
This location clearly does not care about customer satisfaction or the extra time and gas wasted when they mess up an order. Because of how poorly this was handled, I would never recommend this Chick-fil-A to anyone.

They need to change there oil for chicken nuggets. Got a 12 piece and could only eat 4 because they were so dark and over fried it was nasty.the Mac and cheese was the best we ever had and I’ve eaten at a lot of different locations.

We frequent this location VERY often. We’ve had a few things happen with our food(i.e. missing food, food undercooked, or etc) but we let it slide being it happens. As a food industry employee from years ago someone isn’t following food safety protocols in this establishment! This recent incident has made me NEVER want to go back to this location again. I knew new iberia having a chick fil a wasn’t the best option because they can’t withhold the same quality as chick fil a’s normally do. I was eating my macaroni and got a crunchy piece so I thought maybe it’s an egg shell or something. Then I found what I’m guessing it’s a bug or something object. And finally there was a LONGGGG piece of black hair at the bottom of my cup. Let’s just say my whole meal went down the drain. As a pregnant mama who craves chick fil a very often this is truly depressing. I don’t even want to eat my salad or grilled chicken nuggets because what if it has something in those too?
