Pascals Bistro is now open for brunch, and it’s a wonderful addition to the Peachtree City dining scene. We ordered the Jeronimo omelet and the lobster salad—both beautifully prepared, flavorful, and fresh. While there is a patio available, the inside offers a quiet, comfortable atmosphere that’s perfect for a relaxed meal.

Walter, the new owner, is warm and welcoming, making the experience feel personal and inviting. Nestled in a cozy pocket of PTC next to Books-A-Million, Pascals is a bit of a hidden gem. We’ll definitely be coming back!

We went here for dinner last night for the first time and what a wonderful experience. The owner, Walter, was very welcoming and personable. We got to meet the chef as well and he was super friendly and passionate about the dishes that he prepares. The entire team was very sweet and attentive from the time we walked in to the time we left.

ALL of the food we tried was phenomenal. We highly recommend the scallop appetizer, calamari and the steak au poivre. The lemon drop martini was perfectly made.
5 stars for this Peachtree City hidden gem. We will be visiting again soon!

We have actually never had Pascal’s for dinner, but decided to try it for Brunch Sunday before doing some Christmas Shopping. The food was delicious, but I just have to talk about the service. The man who greeted us and was working the bar (I am assuming the owner) was so kind and welcoming. Our waitress was very nice as well and our food was so speedy. We are always looking for a good vibe, and cannot wait for it to warm up so we can sit on the patio and enjoy their drinks and 10/10 service!

We came here on a Thursday evening, and we did not need reservations, and we were being sat around 6 PM. We sat outside, and the weather was absolutely beautiful. It was fall decor outside which was a nice touch.

The service was excellent and we had already come to expect a good $30 a plate for dinner so I did not surprises. The cocktail which was a dirty martini was good, however, my wife got her second one she did modify it was a little too dirty for her taste.

The food was very good. I will give it for stars and I would give the ambience in the service five stars. Overall it was 4 1/2 stars. The food itself I had the shrimp and grits lacked a little bit of flavor. You could tell it was well done I just was expecting a little more punch to it.
I liked my wife’s chicken Cordon Bleu more than she did. It was a little salty but overall excellent quality.

The homemade bread they serve you with fresh butter is outstanding.

Wonderful experience. Wait staff and atmosphere were prime. Halibut was flaky and almost floated off of the plate. Shrimp and scallops were delightful. Can’t wait to go back. A definite must.

The first 7-9 mins went great! We were seated quickly by a super friendly host. Our server came after a couple minutes – just enough time to pick out some drinks and an app. We were told water and bread service were coming…that didn’t happen. We finally got water shortly after our horribly proportioned cocktails made it to the table – one of which was inedible and exchanged for a glass of wine. Entrees were ordered, ages past. We requested 2 glasses of wine as the entrees arrived. Unfortunately, only one glass made it…just as the last 2 bites of my mediocre steak were finished. Sigh, the search for a decent upscale place to eat in PTC continues….

My husband, parents, and I had a nice dinner on the back patio last night! There was live music playing, delicious food as always, nice portion sizes, and wonderful service! The new owner was extremely welcoming and came over to our table to chat/introduce himself! Pascals has been one of my favorites for several years! Photo below of my lobster salad appetizer.

Made reservations a couple days prior to Saturday night. We were seated promptly and the staff was amazing and very tentative. The food, drinks and dessert was also flavorful and there was real attention to detail. My husband got the roasted cordon bleu which melted in your mouth. I chose the fillet salad which was flavorful tender and absolutely amazing. We chose to take dessert to go and was absolutely impressed with how wonderful it was. The ice cream and cream puffs…. Explosive flavor! Will be back next time we’re in the area.

It’s had delicious salads and when honestly speaking with the rest of my party afterwards the burger I ordered was the best item on the menu. (And I do agree the burger was AMAZING) but the rest of the menu was… Not worth what it cost.

Come & experience for yourself! Pascal’s Bistro is elegant, cozy, romantic, family friendly, US Air Force Veteran owned, an amazing staff and everything a restaurant should be. Come for the food, service and ambience, but stay for the live soothing vocals of local artists like US Army Veterans Nancy J. Davis & Butch Watson. Grammy nominated Jeanine Duke, Blues favorite Skylar Saufley, the famous Mike Manocchi and Tracy Dunlap, Steve Arnold on Saxophone, Cellist Kate Carroll and the popular Ryan Cummings in strings. Each have a special & unique vibe that pairs excellently with the mouth watering cuisine prepared by Chef Andrew and his team. You’ve got to meet Jessica! She’s been my favorite for over 15 years. Check out the history of Pascal’s on their website & agree why this is now your new favorite place.
