We went through the drive thru as we headed home from a day trip to Baton Rouge. The staff at the window was personable and friendly. She asked about ketchup, told us which drink was which and was very efficient in serving us and getting us on our way. The parking lot was free of debris. My food was hot and fresh. Hubby said his sandwich was cold, but good. Thus the 4. Would definitely stop at this location again if in the area.

This place has done a 180 from a couple years ago or even a year ago. Dean location is extremely clean they have employees that actually want to be there but it seems and their helpful courteous and I did not have to wait to get my order. I actually have pictures to prove how to clean the restaurant was. I’m actually happy for everybody involved and myself because I did not think Burger King in the greater baton rouge market whatever earn my business back yet what they have at least the exactly location has definitely done it…. My wife actually went back for lunch after breakfast this morning. That’s never happened for us. Anyway… Congrats to the workers today. All was above and beyond what I expected. Okay, , I was curious to see if it was just a fluke in the location just looked great for a fast food restaurant especially considering how the Burger King locations looked just last year 6 months ago whatever…. But I’m adding pictures from today and I have to say that it seems the management and the crew have really got their stuff together… But that’s something you have a judge for yourself..

What is the point of being open late night. If you are not going to accept orders at the window but will accept ubereats and doordash orders. You have a team of 3-4 people doing nothing waiting on online orders. I witnessed 5 cars in matter of 5-10 minutes get turned away and likely did not return because of this. Make this make sense. You have a worker in the window with a headset on just to tell people they have to order online.

I ordered breakfast to be delivered only to have the food arrived smashed!!! Called to voice my concern, Female Management by the name of “Jo” answered and was incredibly rude, condescending, and unprofessional. Rather than apologize, because mistakes happen, she abruptly told me she can’t do anything unless I come up there in person. No apology, no courtesy, nothing. If you have to get it delivered do not do it through this location!

Order a Brisket Whopper to go for $8. Couldn’t see any brisket on it. Called them and was told that it was under the cheese. The cheese looked like it was laying flat on the patty so I scrapped the cheese up to see a few strands of brisket that I could barely taste. As far as Burger Kings go this one is in the bottom 25%

Yaaall!! I love Zachary!! Everyone is so nice everywhere I go! The ladies here are too sweet!! The manager, the girls in the back.. Every body!
I usually just pop in for lunch real quick, but they are definitely uplifting and I always leave with a smile on my face. Yes they have that good ice okay? lol the machine is nice and clean. The sweet tea is delish. And don’t talk about my burrito!! I haven’t been getting the breakfast burrito anymore coz I’m trying to cut out the carbs, I know it’s just a tiny tortilla. Okay, I convinced myself, I can have them! Lol. See yall tomorrow.

Don’t eat here if you value flavor, freshness, quality, or service. I have to question how long the keep the food under a warmer! I do know it was probably fresh hours ago. It was horrible! I would have been better off with anything else. I couldn’t finish the meal, fed it to my dog, he ate it and I felt bad for him. Seriously! It was a mistake and a waste of money at this location.
