Waited Forever on my lunch break at the drive thru to then get food that has hair in it I can’t eat. Guess I’ll eat later tonight when I get home. Garbage restaurant. Wear a hairnet if you can’t keep your hair from falling into customers food…. Disgusting and trashy restaurant. Pissed me right off. Won’t ever go back.

Greeted by an associate who was working off a screen on the back counter, so I wasn’t even sure if she was talking to us Or into her drive-through microphone. The Dr Pepper was out. I was told her Manager hadn’t had time to refill it, then I tried the cherry coke and it was also out. She walked away irritated and must have connected a new container (didn’t take long before she was back, there was no one in drive through and we were the only customers in store.). Another associate came out to give us our meals and asked if we wanted hot sauce and appeared irritated when I said “yes”. Got in the car and had 2 jellies and a ketchup, but no hot sauce! And to top it all off, my combo was listed as $8.39 and my receipt shows I was charged $10.79. Not a good experience.

This store has absolutely good service, good always fresh, service is fast, and staff is very polite. Atmosphere always clean. The GM Latasha Smith is awesome and helps with anything you need. I will definitely be coming back.

Girl working the window told me to pull up and wait which was fine. She brought me my food and I asked for some mayo and ketchup and she clearly was annoyed that I asked for that. I finally drove off without it.

12/30/25 Pleasure do not make me pay for your mistake by selling me a burnt biscuit. I could smell the burnt of the biscuit before I unwrapped it. It definitely looks like a left over biscuit that they re-cooked. This definitely was VERY POOR SERVICE and a waste of my money! My other visits here were great, but I was highly disappointed this morning!
I stopped here for breakfast on my way to work and ordered a pork chop biscuit with a little gravy on top. Believe me when I tell you that sandwich was SOOOOOOO delicious and freshly cooked. It will have you going back everyday for one. Try it! You’ll love it. The cashier was really nice and professional. I wish I had gotten her name.

Julisa was working the front and the drive thru at the same time she was the only person in the front of the restaurant and when I tell you this young lady was handling business with grace and professionalism is an understatement. I just want to tell her first if I spelled your name wrong I apologize but I had to create a review to show you that you were greatly appreciated today.
