just went through the drive-through because the lobby was closed and I couldn’t use my online special because apparently I have to go inside to get it. So then I order my food and I asked for all dark meat and I Was told they only had Wings and drums so I said just two of each is fine But then I got my food and it’s literally the Smallest sizes of chicken ever-for the price I just paid. This is absolutely unacceptable. They could have at least added more pieces to accommodate for the small size. smhh KFC. also, every time I go to the customer service, there is absolutely horrible. It’s always a bunch of guys looking like they hate their lives. I would’ve returned the food, but it’s late and my daughter is hungry.

Food was soggy!!! It was an hour before closing time and they had no chicken available to replace the cold food they handed me. I was 10mins late picking up my order and they didn’t have the full order fresh. They only gave 4 legs of chicken in 2 buckets. The lemonade was water, the half gallon bucket was put in cups bcuz they ran out and the ice was melted, the chicken and fries were cold and soggy even though I bought the extra crispy recipe. We ordered gravy and mashed potatoes and didn’t get gravy. The portions suck for large sides!! Only received one of each of the sauces picked. I spent $65 on my order and it was a waste bcuz we couldn’t drink the drinks and we live only 9mins from the restaurant. I am very disappointed!!!

4/3/24 Once again food was terrible. Extremely greasy, chicken pieces are small and overcooked! Bland taste, I’m assuming that they will be closing this restaurant just as Church’s closed theirs. The franchise owners really need to step up!

I tried to call the manager who clearly does not care he kept trying to cut me off. He said no one has ever complained clearly he don’t read these. So I guess I will just call corporate who also could care less. Not sure why so many fast food restaurants and Pasadena has several incompetent people working. Like fast food is not complicated at all I’ve done it several times. Not coming here no more.
So the gravy is always runny and now it is nonexistent. Famous bowl is supposed to come with gravy. But apparently I don’t get any today I’m not sure what’s going on with this location. Also they don’t carry the spicy famous bowl but other locations do this is BS this location needs new management. The manager was non existent in the convo just made excuses and try to redo. I stated I just need you to do your job and train the employees. But of course he don’t want to do that. I feel bad for employees who have this type of management.

I sent my husband to KFC thinking he would go to the one on Fairmont. He is stubborn and went to this one located on Southmore close to Richey. It’s the second time we have had a bad experience. Asked to substitute thighs for legs and instead they substituted the wings for thighs!! The largest fries were half empty. What a rip off. Save your money and go to the one on Fairmont. No one here likes thighs.
